Pawrade was great to work with to purchase our puppy. They were very communicative and answered all our questions and even worked with breeder to provide more insight on the dog. Mostly had issues with breeder and transport. Puppy is perfect. I am unhappy with the delay in transport and the fact that the breeder ended up bringing me the pup after a LOT of hesitation and delay. Breeder also kept messaging me multiple times a day after transport and voiced a lot of regret and sadness over giving up the pup. I felt bad for her but overall, the experience was very unprofessional. We had purchased a pup for my husband a few months before from Pawrade and everything went well. But, I'm not sure I can recommend Pawrade after my own experience. Communication was scattered prior to transport and breeder was still texting me 3 weeks after transfer. Not sure she should keep breeding. As far as the puppy tho.....she is a delight!

Tilly (formerly Taylor) is precious. Her puppy nannies were wonderful and very helpful with the paperwork. She has been exploring and investigating her new home. I found out that she is very determined and smart when she “Houdinied” herself out of her playpen. I look forward to teaching her other fun things to do. My 7 year old cat is investigating his new little sister. He doesn’t know quite what to make of her yet. Tilly just gives him a good licking (literally) when he gets close. I am looking forward to getting to know Tilly better and blending her in to our little family.

We have had a good experience with Pawrade. My family had purchased a toy poodle and had her transported via ground in the puppy wagon. From the time we had purchased our puppy until she was delivered to us Pawrade had stayed in contact with us. When our puppy arrived she was cleaner than what we had expected her to be. She was in good spirits, she seemed to be well fed and well watered and appeared to be in good condition. The driver was very nice and went over everything and explained everything well. I have to say I was a little hesitant to order a puppy online but when I had done my research on the Pawrade website and seen the Trust Pilot rating was high and reading a lot of reviews it made me feel more at ease and decided to go for it. I am so glad I did, my family and I are so happy to have our toy poodle be a part of our family we have been giving her a lot of love!

I received Phoebe, a nine week old Shorkie on September 1st. She is an absolutely sweet and loving puppy. It amazes me how something so tiny is so loving and trusting. I am truly in love. The whole transaction was easy and if I am ever in the market for another puppy I will go to them first. I was kept informed of the what’s and when’s the whole time. Many thanks for helping me find my new best friend.

We had, an excellent experience using Pawrade. From the moment we clicked the button to get our puppy, Pawrade was there to answer all the questions and to easily get us through the process. Our puppy was only 5 weeks old so we had to wait to get him. Any questions, concerns or requests we made were answered within an hour and sometimes in just a few seconds. Some of it was by text and some by email and phone. We got a person every time we called. The transport was excellent as well. Our puppy had a journey and arrived in perfect condition. He has had his wellness check and also a second visit for shots and the Vet said he appears to be perfect. We know he is. We are so happy we went this route as they guarantee no puppy mills and they guarantee their health. Thank you for all your work, we are one happy family with our new dog.

Everything is so well coordinated. We are truck drivers and picking up our new puppy went so well. I like that they really investigate the breeders so no puppy mill. They stayed in touch with us to the end. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for any breed.

I chose my puppy, paid the fees, arranged for shipping by plane, had it cancelled twice by the Pawrade/airline due to weather conditions (too hot). Changed shipping arrangements. Requested by ground transportation. Best decision ever. Was able to track our new fur baby by Life360 and got him within 3 days to our doorstep. Puppy was happy, clean and well taken care of by his nannies. Thank you Pawrade I proved my husband wrong as he thought I was being scammed and I really was not getting a puppy.

Hi, Zeus formally now Archie B. He’s wonderful and loving and a bit of a hell raiser which I love about him. The whole pawrade experience was wonderful. I do have one complaint. I know the traveling team couldn’t bath him. However his white in his paws and belly are permanently yellowed from urine stains that I can’t get out. After his bath he still smells of urine. His age keeps me from trying other things. So my baby has a smell for I don’t know how long will last. My only complaint. Thank you. Beth Ann and Archie B.
