Everything went very well. My puppy arrived today and he adorable! The travel did not seem to get him down at all. The process did work well and the team was in contact with me all along the way. They were also very responsive to any of my questions. Overall a very good experience!!!!

Even the door to door delivery was wonderful. My furry friends are so adorable and seem to be very friendly. i automatically fell in love.
Alvin is the 7th Cavalier King Charles Spaniel I have purchased using Pawrade. As in the past, I was very satisfied with the way the transaction. I have one concern and it is with the breeder. I received no information regarding how Alvin was fed. He sent me some of the food, which I appreciate, but no info on how much to feed or how many times a day to feed or did he free feed. This is important info to have when trying to transition a puppy to a new home. I would appreciate someone contacting the breeder and getting this information for me. Thank you.

Buying the puppy is easy, however, a lot of puzzle pieces need to be in play before dog is delivered to buyer. A lot of paperwork to complete before and after the delivery but excellent puppy overall.

My pup is coming around very nicely. I would never make a pup travel 3 days in a van to get to me. I would find a dog much closer so that I could pick the pup up myself. He was scared and that's understandable, but he is blossoming into a very smart young dog. He passed his vet check with flying colors...and the vet loved his calm demeanor. He has gained 2.6 lbs. since Monday and he adjusting to our lifestyle.
I was very nervous and skeptical of this process, and a first time puppy mommy. But the staff were really supportive and coordinated a call with the breeder that helped put me at ease. Our pup had been with us now for 5 days, his exam was all clear here (no health issues), and he is literally the best puppy! Seems to have been so well taken care of before he came to us at 3 months old. Again, this was a very scary decision to make, online and not meeting a pup or the breeder in person. But has turned out to be the best decision made! I’m very happy we took a chance and have the perfect pup

The people at Pawrade are all super nice people..very, very good. I was notified the pup had an underbite which was fine but wasn’t expecting yeast in both ears and a deformed tail. Our vet says he was either born that way or sometime it got injured and healed that way. He also has a lump on his body next to his front leg which they want to keep an eye on. Hopefully it’s nothing. Don’t get me wrong , we love the little guy with all his little perfect imperfections.. wouldn’t trade him for the world. His brother from that litter is advertised on breeders website for 400 dollars.

Thank you for helping me find my fur ever little one. He is perfect. The transport team did a great job also keeping me in the loop. 30 hour ride. I want to thank Lois for helping me through this also. it felt like it took a while to get my little guy from Ohio but I understood the process. He arrived healthy, happy and ready for a big hug. I was skeptical about buying from a breeder so far away but the time you took with me made me feel a lot better. a local breeder here( she does not breed Cavapoos) was giving me bad info for a week and shame on her for being that person who can't say anything good about anyone else. So glad to prove her wrong. Again thank you for my bundle of joy! he is perfect!

I was hesitant to buy a dog online because all of the online warnings of doing so but I am SO GLAD that I did! Both Pawrade and their pet concierge service made the entire experience so simple and straight forward with literally zero hiccups. They maintained constant contact throughout the entire process and were quick to followup on any questions that I had. Highly reccomend.

Pawrade was the absolute best. Everything was streamlined and communication was excellent. They advertise "no puppy mills". I had a chance to actually pick up my puppy at the breeder and the conditions were immaculate. This was certainly no puppy mill. The puppy was extremely well socialized and in perfect health. So what they say is what they deliver. They were true to their word.

Moxie (fka Vance) is a delight to our entire family. Our vet was very pleased with his overall health and told us he had a great smile! The process was very well organized. We were anxious for info from the date of ‘adoption’ to the date of pickup, the waiting for info seemed interminable and tempered our excitement.
