Pawrade is awesome. We found our little buddy through the site and the whole transition has been seamless. The staff on call has been super helpful, reliable and supportive. Anytime I had questions about our little pup there was always someone there to answer. Everything is well organized, and our flight nanny and breeder were in touch during crucial times, as promised. Pawrade representatives are patient and responsive. Link's chaperone made it frm Missouri to Buffalo, NY in just two days. Our puppy, Link, has fit right in with the other two dogs surprisingly quickly, giving our older chihuahua a playmate he wasn't expecting. Nothing more joyous than two chichuahua's racing each other around the house. He is a bit of a hellion, but pretty well potty-trained (although he still has to be watched closely). Thanks, Pawrade.

Add was inaccurate and contained falsehoods. The add stated Crate Training Doggie Door Grass. None of those are true. Forrest will not stay in a crate a barks and howls the whole night, also he is not "potty trained" was the ad leads you to believe.....he has only potty in the house and refuses to go on the grass. He is extremely passive and only wants to be held. He does not know how to play....we have tried a number of ways and all he wants to do is get on my wife's lap. We have taken him out in the yard and he only wants to stand under my wife's legs and only moves when she does. The Ad shows him running and such....this was a complete falsehood. I want to call bank and stop payment on the credit card because this is not the dog you advertised and was a waste of a 3000 mile trip to pick him up along with the other expensed we incurred....Forrest does not know how to interact with people...the ad said:"The puppies in the litter have been introduced to socialization."

Got a puppy last Nov and now just received my second puppy. Puppies are trained and are so well behaved. Act like they have always known you. I liked the option of having my puppy delivered right to my door Delivery drivers take good care of your puppy while on the road. I highly recommend Pawrade if you are looking for a puppy. Everything went great. Archie formally Tate is a lot more active than expected, did not seem to have any ill affects from the long trip. He is eating and drinking normally and wants to play all the time. Since he arrived at 9:30PM, it took him a while to settle down when we went to bed. Thanks John A.

We love (Hermes) Teddy our mini golden doodle. He is as advertised loving, well socialized, is not a barker and looks at other dogs like he doesn’t understand their barking. The vet says he will make us a very good dog. He was 7 months when he arrived.

A very good experience overall. Communication was great with fast response. Quick to answer questions and resolve issues. Transportation coordinated very well. Only drawback I saw was that I could not interact directly with the breeder as Pawrade served as go between.

Willow is a wonderful little puppy. I call him "little boy." He is with me every minute of the day. I was so lonely before he came on that Thursday night. When I sit at the computer, he curls up at my feet. He is so playful, as he runs around the house. He gets underfoot constantly, and I must be extremely careful not to step on him. He is a wonderful little boy, and so playful. I need instructions on when and how to "potty-train" my precious little boy. I know nothing about this. I have never dealt with this problem before.

Communication was inconsistent throughout the process. And recently, I've placed two calls to the most recent Pawrade rep that have gone unanswered. And, most concerning is the fact the puppy we received does not match the photos used on the website.
