He's perfect. The process of buying online made me a little nervous but you guys were great. All the info, the constant contact and communication all set my mind at ease. I had great communication even with the driver and kept me up to date with ETA.

I found it a little cumbersome and I had too many people to deal with, but in the end I received a healthy, happy puppy. I named her Cocoa due to the fact she looks like she got into the powdered cocoa.

Very good experience. Seem to have great follow-up during the purchase experience. Once I made the purchase, it was harder to get a hold of someone with questions. The insurance process is confusing. I still have not figured out 100% how to submit the information to meet the requirements in a timely manner.

Luna: miniature poodle We have an adorable healthy puppy that was delivered right to our door slightly after midnight. We were kept in the loop the entire time so were not caught off guard on delivery time. We had a great experience with Pawrade throught the entire process. Excellent communication and lots of resource links to make everything you need to know about being a pet owner so much easier. Our puppy is settling in just well and absolutely love her!

Everyone was responsive in a fairly timely fashion and answered my questions. Unfortunately it did not get relayed to the breeder the name change I had for the pup so we missed a couple of weeks of learning the correct name but other than that everything was pretty seamless and my pup is perfect.

Had my puppy one day before diagnosed with Parvo. So many expensive with very little recourse. The breeder gave vaccines too early and if given at appropriate intervals could have saved my puppy. Between the breeders careless vaccine schedule and the puppy wagon’s undoubtedly transporting animals with previous condition my puppy never stood a chance to survive. So very disappointed with the one process and the medical expensive in too of cost of puppy is unbearable

This is one messed up operation! You end up dealing with multiple people (5 for us) who don't have a clue as to what the other employee said or did. The whole process is overly complicated and time consuming , when it really doesn't have to be. Most disheartening was the fact that we applied to get puppy only to be told he was no longer available :( A few days later there he was again listed for sale. We applied to get him again wanting to know what happened and why he was listed again. This time we were told by one of the 5 that that the breeder had thought she sold him locally to a buyer but that fell through.... So here is the sad part of this lie. The breeder had no clue as to what Pawrade was talking about. She never had a local buyer for pup and doesn't know why Pawrade would make such a claim. The contract is generic and cannot be modified. Don't let them say "we will take care of that later" if you want something changed. You are in for a lot of work if you do.

We couldn’t be more pleased with Pawrade. We found the puppy we were looking for. She is the sweetest little girl, enjoys cuddles and very affectionate. She even sleeps through the night. She loves everyone that has come to visit her. Also very happy with Furry Freight Pet Transportation, Tyler was awesome keeping us informed when he would arrive. He let us know that she traveled well and even ate her food. Would highly recommend.
