I am so in love with my puppy Sailor. And the breeder Tabitha was wonderful! Sailor was a perfect little boy on the 4 hour drive home. He has adjusted to his new home very well.
Our experience with Pawrade was outstanding from beginning to end. Choosing our beautiful beagle puppy, Regina (now lovingly renamed Daisy), was an exciting and smooth process. The breeder was professional, caring, communicative, and clearly dedicated to raising healthy, well-socialized puppies. We appreciated the updates, photos, and support throughout the entire adoption journey. The delivery process from Missouri to New York exceeded our expectations. Transport driver Zach was exceptional — professional, kind, dependable, and clearly experienced with caring for puppies during long-distance travel. He kept us updated throughout the trip, arrived exactly as planned, and handed Daisy over safely and comfortably. It was obvious that Daisy had been well cared for during transport. She arrived, healthy, happy, and absolutely adorable. We are so grateful to Pawrade, the breeder, and Zach for helping bring our newest family home safely. We highly recommend Pawrade.

From the initial stages of finding our puppy to bringing him home, Pawrade had our backs. The staff were attentive and patient through our numerous phone calls and messages, and provided ample resources to aid us in supporting our fur baby. We are so grateful for our experience!

Pawrade kept me informed in every step of the process. My agent Tony was very responsive even when I had late night questions, he'd respond and do what he could and kept the lines of communication open. I had been searching for my new pet for about a year... pawrade helped me bring her home. We couldn't be happier. The drivers delivered her with such care and kept mw updated on their journey.

We’ve had our puppy for a few days and he is in excellent health. He is a well-mannered pup and adjusted to us and our home right away. The procedure to get him was fairly easy, although paying all up front was a little concerning. The delivery was right on time according to texts we got from the transport company. It was quick and efficient. We’re very happy with the puppy and the people at Pawrade were easy to contact and ask questions to.
She is a very sweet, already stubborn puppy!!

What a pleasure it was to work with Pawrade. From the first encounter to getting my sweet little boy in my arms was such an easy process. They were quick to respond and answer any questions I had. As well as keeping me updated on the progress of everything. I am totally in love with Nathan (fka Phineas) He has become a momma’s boy very fast! He is the perfect combination of sweet and sassy. Thank you for all the care that you took to make sure Milo was in the wonderful condition. He was when I got him. He is thriving here and we have settled in quite nicely. He is very well trained. This was a great match. Thank you.
All went pretty well. We got a sweet baby Toy Poodle we named Dorie. The only problems were that Dorie had ear mites that we are treating, and the driver delivered her at 5 am.
Our little boy arrived in great spirits. We really truly appreciate the gentleman who delivered him. For taking such great care of him through the traveling. This is our second time using pawrade. What a great group.

All communication was kind, cordial, direct, and completely smooth from start to finish. Henri arrived home happy and was everything we had hoped for, so thank you very much
My husband really wanted another dog and has always preferred raising a puppy. I was very worried about ending up with a puppy mill pup because we consider them cruel as most do, and they are shady when disclosing if they are a puppy mill. Pawrade insisted, and as you can see on their site advertising , they too feel the same way. They sell themselves as doing the work to make sure puppy mills are not who they deal with. We had to trust them. Everything went well, we got an updated photo of the pup and Pawrade as well as answered questions along the way. There was a lot of “security” like our photo ID’s etc. that we had to provide.. I liked that. I would only say sometimes there was a little bit of time between the questions and the answers. We traveled to get the pup and are very happy with her. She’s a little tornado but very healthy. We did pick up the things they suggested to be ready for her, the breeder actually brought some of her food which I felt was very thoughtful.
Great experience from the phone call to inquire, to the follow up phone call to make the transaction, to the delivery, it was a really great experience.
Everyone was very helpful and easy to talk to and ask questions of. I had a very good experience.

Puppy concierge was extremely difficult to reach. The whole thing was further complicated because I bought the dog for my best friend’s birthday. I gave them her name email and cell phone number repeatedly on the night before her delivery. The breeder sent the transfer of ownership to me and I responded by saying it had to go to my friend. We never heard back now however I have to say that puppy is so well adjusted and so sweet.

Overall great experience . The pups are healthy, happy, well adjusted and beautiful . I used Pawrade twice in less than 6 weeks because I ended up getting the brother to the first pup I bought. I have to say the only draw back is trying to get good communication from the same person for support on delivery , and health and any other questions needed to be answered. Definitely something that could be improved for the amount of money people pay for the service. Lois was amazing to work with through concierge .. I found other departments to be a bit dismissive to my requests or needs on both of my purchases as far as helping delivery work for me too. Overall very happy with my two new pups and that is what is important .
Pepe is Wonderful. The sweetest dog ever. Also able to handle my obnoxious Cairn Terror Toto and intelligently dominating him by wearing him out... twice as fast as Toto at running. Very happy and loving 👍🧡
Excellent communication from day one, until our puppy was delivered. Highly recommend!

What an adorable, well adjusted puppy! He rode well in the car on his ride home, met a few new people. He slept through his first night with no accidents. What a little trooper! He's playful and seems happy, the tail won't stop wagging.

Everything went pretty smoothly. No surprises. Everything was planned to the "T". Our little girl arrived right on time and has taken to our home without any issues. She has settled in as if she has always been here. The first night was much better that expected also. THANK YOU Pawrade!!!
