front selecting my new puppy to delivery ... Pawrade has been helping and available. it's been a really easy transaction. it takes time, for me it wasn't overnight and I didn't want or expect that. The process gave me plenty of directions and instructions that were easy to follow. I would definitely use this facilitator again. Very professional and friendly. Thanks Pawrade

We are so in love with our puppy! She is full of personality. I was a little worried when the guy from puppies express said they ran into a ditch on Sunday but I took her to our vet today and he said she was fine. It was a wonderful experience except for hearing that! But she is a delight and doing well. Already bonded with me. She will be spoiled and loved for sure!!

Didn’t want my new baby to have to brave the cold dark luggage cargo area so…what a wonderful service. My baby was driven from Missouri, safe and warm by loving and caring drivers. She was almost as happy as I was when she arrived - I haven’t put her down since arrival. What an awesome service.

Dog had her shots but was never checked for parasites bye the vet before traveling for 3 days. Also the food they dropped off was for adult dogs not puppies. We love the dog.
Our little girl (renamed Cookie Girl) arrived in good health. She is as sweet as can be and we dearly love her. Thank you so much!
Working thru Pawrade was great. My Puppy arrived on the date stated and she is a pure delight. I work recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a forever Furbaby.

When placing my order for our new puppy, the customer service rep was very friendly and accommodating.The reason for my two star review is based on the fact that there is very little communication between the time of purchase and the time of the puppy being picked up for transport. I would have to make numerous requests for someone to get back to me and I still have some questions that I've yet to have answered even though we took delivery of our new puppy yesterday. I did find customer service to be lacking which is a real shame.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful. Grayson is adorable…a perfect fit. The only small issue I have is that had I known ahead of time the delivery was going to take him through multiple states and a couple days..I would have gone and picked him up. I had no problem with the delivery folks. They also were very friendly, and kept us up on where they were along the way. Again, I would have opted to go and pick him up opposed to waiting for him to be delivered. He is a sweetie! We adore him!

We have had no problems with the process of adoption through Pawrade. However, we do have issues with the breeder representation of the puppy. We had our puppy at a vet visit less than 24 hours after receiving him. The vet indicated that he was underweight, had a yeast infection in his ears and has giardia. All of these diagnoses have required special food and drug treatments. The Petfax paperwork that was provided concerning the vet visit prior to his transfer indicated that his weight was ideal, no ear infection and that his fecal test was negative. We love this sweet little loving puppy and hate that we are having to deal with these issues right off the bat.

I am going to leave an honest review. Pawrade was worth it because of the amazing German Shepherd I adopted through them. She was in great health and I could tell had already had some light training with sit (breeder I’m sure). The breeder seemed to be a good one. The only downfall with Pawrade is communication. I had several different “puppy concierges” and when I asked questions I never got a response. It would specific questions like where is she at on her shots, what are her feeding times. Etc. To shorten this review up just know it will be little communication. They will reach out to you when you are at the next step in adoption process but other than that you won’t get responses. still worth it as I do believe my girl came from an ethical breeder. She is not reactive or scared or skinny. just don’t let yourself get stressed out, cause I sure did lol. She came with akc papers to fill out and all vet and shot records that were promised. I took her to our vet as well.
