Frenchie Luke was delivered at 6am this morning to our front door. He appears to be in good shape and is getting accustomed to his new living environment. Donna our representative was not only professional and polite, she helped smooth the adoption and delivery process. I give her highest marks in her job with you. One thing - if someone could email me the MetLife contact information and any instructions to get the insurance coverage going on Luke that would be most appreciated. I am so happy to have my new pup, Declan (now called Benny) home with us forever. My shorkie of 14 years, Buddy passed away Dec 2025, and it had been a long time since I'd gone through the pup adption process, but Pawrade made everything so easy and guided. They provided me with really helpful resources and were communicative through every set of the way. I was so lucky to be able to to welcome Benny home on New Years Day 2026 and have nothing but great things to say about the entire Pawrade team and well as the transport team who took care of him during his Journey home. Excellent experience. The whole thing was pricey but well worth it for first time buyers. The Pawrade team answered all our questions and provided us comfort that we were buying from skilled and qualified breeders and getting a great little pup that was healthy, happy and well cared for from birth to our handoff. The specific pup transporters (Wags on Wheels) was truly amazing and took such excellent care of our puppy in transit and kept us super up to date along the way! Really had a great experience!

The communication with the Pawrade team is subpar. You ask a question and the time it takes to respond is unacceptable, but if they ask you a question there is a time period to answer back. Please be aware that since we have received our puppy, she has been sick. we are going on week 4 of in and out of the vet office. First start with parasites in her stools. now we are dealing with a Respiratory issue.

The service and the website are absolutely great. Everything works seamlessly until after you pay for the dog. Yes, the set up for delivery is seamless but documents they need and communication back-and-forth is via text and you don’t know where you’re supposed to upload and if you do upload, we don’t get confirmation that they have everything. I bought two dogs from or through PAWRADE and I would do it again. But they really do need to fix the process

WOW! We cannot say ENOUGH about how great the staff at Pawrade has been! Answered ALL our questions and kept us informed. Courteous, Professional, Gave Quick Responses....they EVEN called the puppy's owner and got additional pictures we asked for : ) The delivery people were also awesome; our sweet puppy was happy, happy even after the long ride from Ohio directly to our door in Louisiana ON New Year's Day!
