Form the start the communication was fantastic. My wife loves our dog and the delivery drivers were super helpful and kept in touch with us the entire time.

Pawrade was good about keeping us informed. Time schedule and any updates. we were told that Laser would be crate trained which has not been the case. Also we were told he would receive a good bill of health before his trip. That has not been the case. He is being treated for a parasite, he has irritated conjunctiva,and an unknown bleb on his back. His ears were also filled with wax. If Pawrade is responsible for finding responsible breeders, they failed with this breeder.
We just love Pawrade! From the moment we decided to get another dog we knew we had to come back! We have gotten 2 wonderful babies and the customer service and support throughout the entire process is above and beyond!

The prowas great. Some delays in communication at times but all ended well. Overall, very pleased with outcome and my puppy
Initial talks were great. Communication from Delivery and directives were rough. I had to make the call to find out the puppy wasn't coming on the first scheduled date due to breeder's vet. I was told I would get a call when puppy was picked up from breeder--did not happen. Again I initiated the phone call to see if the puppy was on its way. Got a text that the puppy would be arriving sometime on Wednesday. Another text wednesday morning stating delivery would be between 315-415 pm.. Again I made the call at 330 to find out ETA. Text came back not until 5pm. Took puppy to vet on Thursday afternoon and vet found a live lone star tick embedded in puppy. I called and left a message on breeders phone. No return call. Puppy is adorable but now has to have lymes shot given on Thursday and in 4 wks a booster shot. Lynn Dorsey

Was not happy about getting our new puppy at 4:30am!!! He is very skinny. Dont remember our other dog being that skinny. Other than that he is doing well.
