The puppy is sweet as can be, but a recent DNA test came back as 70% Chihuahua. Buying from a breeder I assumed it would be 100%. I contacted Pawrade and did not receive a response.

I LOVED WORKING WITH EVERYONE THAT WAS INVOLVED WITH US GETTING MADISON, EVERYONE WAS SO VERY HELPFUL WITH THE PROCESS, SHE WILL BE LOVED IN HER NEW HOME !!!
We love our new puppy. He is happy and healthy, and it was such an easy experience, from picking him out to delivery.

Staff was helpful, but a simple adoption becomes a lengthy and complex process. I appreciate the focus on the health of the puppy, but found little recourse for adopting a puppy that had a small hernia, except to acknowledge I was told about it, and accepted it with the problem (that may require surgery later). Not sure what the 100% healthy guarantee got me there?
I am so happy I contacted Pawrade, they notified me of every puppy breed I was interested in. When I asked a question about a puppy they responded to my question with in a day. I am very happy with my choice of going with Pawrade because they delivered with a very strong welcoming vibe. Ms. Louis was very informative about the process of getting my puppy home.
From the first phone call, the team at Pawrades were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They guided us through the process and kept us updated. They helped us understand each next step. I'm grateful we found our new sweet family member from across the country and that their team could transport her out to us, right to our home. Parade made this whole process so easy! From the second we started looking we were connected with knowledgeable and informative staff that answered any and all questions we had. We got him delivered and that was such a smoothe and easy process. I give this 5 stars my puppy is healthy happy and absolutely perfect!

The process was fairly easy. I did express not wanting to support a puppy mill since Pawrade appeared unwilling to ask the breeder for photos of the puppy's living arrangements. They did eventually ask when I made comments of backing out and sent a photo "from another litter." I requested multiple photos and videos before placing payment and taking the risk. Communication was lacking after we reserved the puppy - seemingly on the breeder's side. The delivery team was great at responding and keeping us updated on the pup's arrival! She did arrive as expected, healthy, and cleared her vet check!

I found all the representatives to be very polite and knowledgeable. It was a very smooth process to get my puppy! The only thing I didn't agree with is their policy about 72 hours to bring the puppy to the vet to keep the health guarantee. I didn't receive the puppy until 2:30 in the morning on a Friday. The vets aren't open on the weekend so I can only get an appointment Monday afternoon which nuils and voids the policy.

I was very nervous about purchasing a pet without meeting it first. Oh my goodness she has been here for about 12 hours and I already love her so much and she is so perfect and smart and friendly. She is beyond wonderful. I am in love and I am so happy and the transport team kept in contact with me the whole time the breeder sent food to me, even though I already had purchased the same diet that the puppy had been on and it was nice that they cared and wanted to make sure have a wonderful wonderful experience.

My little Cavapoo puppy Arnold now named Jazz was delivered last night. Good communication with Pawrade and Puppy Express throughout this process. Jazz already adjusting well to new environment.
Pawrade was phenomenal from the very beginning. They always answered all of my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. The communication was always very good. The delivery service was great also! When I received my puppy she was so happy and healthy!
