Loved everything and everyone who have helped bring Dallas to my home. Those I talked to were friendly and answered my questions. He's adorable, very cuddly and I can tell he was well taken care of by the breeder and the drivers with transporting him. A delightful experience😊

Pawrade was good. The breeder that the puppy came from was not. My puppy showed up underweight and smelling badly, also his white paws and white underbelly were stained yellow, no doubt from laying in his own filth for extended periods of time. He was also not trained in the slightest in any of the ways that the breeder said he was. He'll be ok, he's in a much better place now. But I really think that Pawrade needs to vet their breeders much better and provide more insight to prospective buyers about who the breeder is and what standards and practices they follow. I would give Pawrade an A for their service, they were lovely to deal with, and I would give the breeder an F-

A very thorough and pleasant experience. We were extremely timid to trust a business like this with especially after reading a few of the one off reviews. In the end, I'm so glad we used Pawrade. Both the consultant and the travel advisor were quick to response at all times and entertain every question we had. Even helped us to talk with the breeder. Totally recommend them!
Excellent communication throughout process via text, email and phone. Transport Wags on Wheels kept us updated during throughout transportation of our puppy. Process to purchase puppy was seamless and secure!

We had a great experience using Pawrade and would strongly recommend them. They helped to get us updated pictures every week until our puppy arrived and guided us through the process of bringing our puppy home. He’s adorable and the perfect addition to our family!
