The transaction was seamless and easy and the pawrade representative was responsive to all of our questions with all of the information we needed. The drivers were communicative and delivered right to our door. We love how easy it was to secure our perfect new puppy!

I lost my heart on Pawrade! I found a furry forever friend and was helped along the way by kind assistance. This was my first dog after a cat of 19 years died last year. I was uncertain and on the fence. The advice I received helped me make the right decision. Tara gave me her time and listened patiently.
The constant communication and willingness to answer any question was much appreciated. They put us in contact with the breeder and we even got extra pictures.
Every interaction with folks from this company was wonderful! Lois was especially fabulous to work with!!!! The only downside to using this site is the cost. The cost of the puppies was outrageous and the cost of having them delivered was seriously overpriced . However the drivers were excellent...Jason kept in close contact during the entire ride . I love my puppies!

Everything was awesome except the questions and asking for my husband and I had to send photos of our licenses. I think it’s over kill too many questions. I that the end of this I was going to get top secret clearance for the pentagon.

Lulu has been an absolute delight since her arrival. Appreciate the communication and security measures taken for her to arrive safe and sound. Did find all of the computer exchanges, communications and steps quite cumbersome-(Print was very small and light making it difficult to read) especially when I'm not that computer savvy. I did feel a bit overwhelmed at times that if we weren't able to complete all of the paperwork in time there may be a delay in receiving Lulu. It would most certainly be a challenge for anyone to purchase from your site who does not have access to their own computer and computer skills. That being said Lulu is doing well and settling in to her new home & family. We are thrilled to have found her and look forward to many fun years ahead. Special thanks to Hannah, Cindy, and Donna for all of the help through every step of the process! The breeder was kind and great to deal with as well! Their love and hard work socializing our puppy made it simple to acclimate her to her new home and her big sister Lucy. I've already recommended Pawrade to several friends and coworkers and would definitely use them in the future. Lainey is home and she and Lucy are already playing together and snuggling up for naps! We couldn't be happier with the new addition to our little family and we have the team at Pawrade to thank! We love our puppy. However, he came to us already sick with a Giardia infection. We are treating him, but he is a sick puppy and we are dealing with sanitizing everything we set up for him to feel at home. How wasn’t that detected before having him delivered to us?

I’m very pleased with my new Yorkie, Tulip(new name Misty). She arrived well socialized and adjusted to the other pups I have (also purchased from Pawrade) very quickly. She is a very loving little pup. If you are looking for a new pup, I definitely recommend looking at the Pawrade website.

We are very pleased with the pup. We are still working on the perfect name. She passed her vet check up on Friday. Transport people were great. She's eating and sleeping well. One question....her microchip, is that in my name or do I need to reregister somehow? thank you Cathy & Tony
