Overall easy process, pawrade customer service was straight forward with information available to share, instructions and gave good pointers. Travel process was a bit tedious.Air transport was my first choice but due to weather climate not being met. Ground transport it was. I received my puppy within two days via ground transport. Transport personal were great. Met life pet insurance phone number was a bit delayed. Took me three attempts to actually talk to a real person to set up the policy. Once I was able to communicate with a real person. The MetLife pet CS rep explained the policies well.

We Love our Pup. The process was nearly seamless. The staff at Pawrade were sure to be in communication with us and made sure all of our questions were answered. We opted to have our puppy ground transported directly to our door. The transporters were very professional and courteous. It was obvious our girl was well taken care of. She is very happy and playful when she isn't fast asleep. We had her to the Vet for a well-check after receiving her and she had a clean bill of health. I would definitely recommend Pawrade.

We love Louie so much! The process is seamless. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to everyone I know. The staff was awesome and the Wags on Wheels transportation staff was awesome. They even give updates with GPS location throughout their journey to Louie's new home.

Purchasing a puppy from Pawrade could not of been a better experience. From the initial communication in buying the puppy, to afterwards in preparing to bring the puppy to his forever home. Lois on the concierge team was so helpful and informative on what to expect. Morgan on the travel team was also very helpful with prompt replies. Along with the Pawrade support team, their Wags and Wheels nanny travel service was outstanding. They kept us informed on travel logistic and took good care of our puppy on the way to us. Would 100% recommend Pawrade !

The process was really stressful because the arrival date kept getting pushed back. Luckily the team was patient with me calling nearly everyday for an update. They were accommodating in getting me pics and videos of my boy Shadow while I waited. The travel team was the best part. The communication was constant and they drove literally day and night to bring my boy to me. It was truly expensive but I’m grateful for him and them.
