Well I will lay down the facts. You pay a pretty hefty fee to reserve a puppy you've not seen that is non refundable, which I did because if you are serious about it, you will! Then send you a months worth of reading this contract and ask you for required info and ID within 72 hours. If you work or are sick you will be called, texted and emailed relentlessly. Its alot of reading and I was deathly ill that day and a day prior. -I asked for videos 3x and I got only one at 2 weeks old, her brothers had newer I repeatedly asked to no avail. -Then came time to pay in full the rest of the $ sight unseen, can't talk to the breeder and again no updated video! -Then they set up for travel which I had only one day I could get her if my daughter in law could go with me, said they would give me the address 3 days prior and after last vet check. -I had to keep messaging...gave me 1 day notice, breeder was an hour more away than previously said =3.5h each way. Do better

Gracie is a wonderful addition to our home . She’s very spoiled already and loves her new sisters . The only thing I would suggest is there should be a cap on the time of delivery. She arrived after midnight and was very scared . I think the transition for her could have been a little more calming for her if she came to us at a reasonable time . But after lots of cuddles she calmed down .

I really enjoyed working with Pawrade. They were very thorough in serving both the owners and the breeders. I felt they had the puppy’s interests as a top priority. I would give a 5/5 but sometimes their response time was a little slow after I had paid for the dog but had not taken ownership yet. I would definitely use them again.

Transaction was easy, lots of information given and repeated which made it easy to remember everything I had to do once I got my puppy. Pretty responsive when I had questions, although you do get passed around to different staff for different things and that was a bit confusing to know who I should reach out to at times and get the answers I needed in a timely manner (area of improvement). That being said, I traveled to get my puppy (14 hours one way, drove over night to avoid traffic and stayed at an Inn) so for me it felt that some of the information given was so last minute I was running around up until I had to leave. That wouldn't be the case if your puppy is being delivered. Over all the staff were helpful, pleasant, kind, and got the job done. Our new puppy has been home with us for 5 days and is healthy, happy, friendly, and even mostly potty trained. You can tell she was well taken care of!

Start to finish everything was amazing!! Everyone a Pawrade were so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I requested to ZOOM with the breeder as I had some general questions and they made it happen. Donna, Pam and Morgan kept us updated on our puppy regularly and the the concierge service that handled the transportation was great. The transport team kept us updated on when they will be arriving and a check in was done by the Pawrade team after our bundle of joy arrived. Puppy is healthy happy and adjusting well. Highly recommend Pawrade!

We love our new puppy! The process could have been a little more streamlined as it was confusing with so many different titles and email domains, etc. reaching out. You should have one single pet liaison and the rest should be handled on the backend. This was by far a much more complicated process than it could have been.

Our new puppy is adorable. However, there were a few inconsistencies in when we were told the puppy was being picked up for transport vs. the actual day he was picked up. [1 day later]. As well, the responses to inquiries are sometimes short and not the friendliest. Could tighten up the professionalism, steps needed and responses.

Thank you for delivering my puppy and it was so good to see her and it was everything that you had told me she would be only thing I would complain about isher fur is too long she could not see out of her eyes it was so much in the way and those hard to brush when is that long but I will get her taken care of everything else is absolutely awesome thank you so much for your service There is something I just found out from the vet when I brought her in for the wellness check after her delivery, and was noticed that most of her teeth were missing! I know it didn’t happen here at my home, I received her yesterday at about 3:30 pm, didn’t see her teeth missing until she was groomed today , I have brought her into the veterinarian office at 7:00 am, is also we’re my daughter has worked for the past 10 years ! Could you find out why her teeth were missing? On her vet health report done by the breeder ? There wasn’t anything mentioned about her teeth being missing! Could you find out
