Every step of the way from finding the puppy paying for the puppy all the way through the process to when she was putting in my arms everything just wants so great so smooth. She arrived at 5:45 AM and soon as I brought her into the house, she ate a little bit and wanted to play with my Daisy Mae. She’s a happy healthy little puppy. I called breeder and left a message yesterday that she took to the ride really well and how great she’s doing now I just waiting on my Nonna. I highly recommend you. Smooth process from start to finish. I was afraid it was a scam at first, but am happy to report that it is a legitimate company. After paying for my pup, Pawrade was in close communication with me. I chose air transportation but then learned that it had to be less than 85 degrees when the plane landed, so I had to switch to ground. Pup traveled from Missouri to California which took about 3 days. She arrived at 2am in the morning, but I knew this was a possibility when I signed the contract - they travel around the clock because that's healthiest for the pups. My pup arrived clean and in good spirits. She didn't have any problem adjusting and got a thumbs up from her Wellness vet check when I took her the day after receiving her. She is a blessing and the best thing I ever bought for myself!

Well, it was a confusing and dauting process. The good - your able to search puppies from everywhere (hence 2 stars), which is great. The bad, pretty much everything else. Communication was spotty, we showed up to pick up our puppy as directed and the breeder didn't even know we were coming. We lived in the same town as the breeder, but were being directed by someone in Maryland about what to do, that's just crazy. Then all the extra stuff. I'm sure it looks good for the health guarantee, but be realistic, three days. We picked up our puppy on Friday, our vet is closed on Monday's, which means we are now void. It's almost like that's the idea, make it to hard but you can advertise you have a health guarantee. I mean, at one point I felt like I was buying a home or enlisting in the military, it's just a puppy. The price, wow, was it jacked up to cover the costs of the folks thousand miles away from the buyer and seller, it was a bit ridiculaues. But, I paid it, because I am dumb

Love my new baby boy that I named Mateo instead of Cedric. He sleeps through the night in his crate along with his beating heart puppy friend. He even has his blanket that was sent along with him. He is very loving and happy in his new surroundings, and we are happy that he is here. Pawrade kept me informed daily of what was going on with Mateo. The experience was not stressful at all, and I am very happy with the end product of a beautiful well cared for puppy. Thank you.

Puppy was delivered to me at 4:30 am, along with his paperwork, which I reviewed the next day. Vaccination record belonged to a female puppy with a different name. Puppy has trouble breathing through his nose and wheezes. Their vet said he has Stenotic Nares which is a condition requiring surgery. My vet confirmed and said if he doesn’t have surgery he will have heart trouble. This was not disclosed to me. The whole thing was fraudulent!

Was very disappointed after receiving the puppy. She was so urine stained and not a good smell. I've had her for a week and the urine stains are still with her even all several washes. Hopefully her coat will recover from the disgusting stains.

My experience with Pawrade was s The custpectacular. The customer service was amazing. Everybody I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive ; so willing to please! My pup arrived this week. She is beautiful, happy, healthy and the "transition" was seamless. I would mostly definitely use Pawrade again!

I was VERY skeptical about buying a puppy online, without meeting him or seeing him in person. I have to admit that Pawrade did an outstanding job of communication and answering questions thoroughly AND in a timely manner. Elijah (now Sonny) has adapted well within his first week and is truly a member of our family. The only challenge we had was being able to pin-point the ground delivery time as they were stopping all over the Northeast (our pup was in Michigan!). The day of delivery they were on top of everything and let me know to the minute when he would get there. Again...I was a SKEPTIC but now I'm a CUSTOMER. I don't give perfect scores for anything so maybe here it's a 4.5 out of 5. I will say that you do need to be on top of and sometimes question the stipulations of the sale like carrying insurance (theirs doesn't cover NY) or the same pet food used by the breeder etc. They need to update those stipulations to be more realistic.
