At 1st I was a little ok, a lot skeptical about this as I know there are a lot of scams out there. However, once I reached out and talked to them, all my worries went away! Pawrade was easy to work with and communicated the whole way. There were no surprises and I received the same puppy that was in the pictures! My puppy had about a 12 hour delivery ride and the delivery service communicated every step! My puppy arrived in perfect health and good spirits! My Little Man is a perfect addition and such a bundle of joy! Thank you Pawrade and I will use again if Little Man needs a playmate!

From the time I saw Georges photo I knew he would be a much-loved addition to our family. Not having experience in purchasing a puppy from so far away and basically sight unseen i was a little nervous about what I was getting into. From the very beginning, I felt the professionalism of each and every person that was part of Georges journey to his new home. Cindy, Morgan, Emily, Ashly and our puppy delivery person, Levi were all so great to work with. Thank you!!! George arrived last night - He is everything i hooped he would be andwe could not be happier. Thank you again for all your work to get us together. Extremely poor communication with the Pawrade team. They would not provide any clear answers, or dates for pick up and would never pick up the phone. At the end, they wouldn't even acknowledge the messages and just sent over the breeders information who was actually very helpful.

The whole experience was great. Everybody was very kind and the instructions were easy to follow now I did off not to get the insurance because I don’t need financial assistance, but everything else was great and we are happy with our little puppy. She is healthy as can be.

Amazing transaction. Always skeptical about breeders and online transactions but pawrade does an amazing job utilizing petpay for payment and Wags on Wheels for transportation. Both services truly incredible. Transport took three days however I got to track pup through every state. Showed up healthy and fresh bath from them. Wags on Wheels is an incredible transportation service . Pawrade is an awesome site to find your forever friend

PawRade has been amazing; from my first call to the Friday before she arrived. I was given updated pictures, everyone was so responsive and pleasant. I would recommend PawRade to anyone looking for a puppy. I was not notified of arrival arrangements, in error I am sure. Received a call the day of arrival that she was “in the air”. Everything came together with a bit of scrambling and she is home and wonderful! The breeder reached out to check on her. So appreciated! She gave me ideas for feeding as Nettie was not eating. I have her number and would have no problem calling if I have questions. Overall, this was a wonderful experience! Thank you for my little Nettie!! She is precious! I am so very thrilled!

Everything was excellent. Only 2 comments: 1. More communication to buyer from company Pawrade et al from purchase to delivery would have been helpful and reassuring. 2. Customer service was not available several times when I called with questions. Or they had a 24 hr return response. 3. This would be a big IMPROVEMENT if there were one number to call from start to finish. Also one contact person responsible for each puppy.

Puppy was delivered the evening of 7/23. Took him to the vet early morning 7/25 for his checkup, he ended up in the hospital, "Red Zone Septic" until the evening of 7/27. Over $7K in medical bills thus far and we are not out of the woods yet. Now the offer of "purchase price of your puppy will be refunded, if your claim is approved." UNBELIEVABLE..... acute pneumonia along with two parasites. THESE MEDICAL CONDITIONS DO NOT DEVELOP OVERNIGHT!! I am doing everything in my power to get this little boy a fighting chance at a good life---- after a blood transfusion and still on four meds; several upcoming appointments..... praying little Ozzy (formerly Crawford) will continue to fight this battle for me. Needless to say, I am a very disappointed, upset customer. The breeder and vet need to be held accountable for not caring for a sick pup. Heartbreaking to say the least.
