Pawrade was convenient to search for the specific breed of puppy we were looking for. We are soooo in love with him. We picked him up and was able to meet the breeder. The staff at pawrade was warm and very helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend it!

We were heartbroken after our 15-yr old Shiba Inu passed away. We missed the pitter patter of little feet and wanted another Shiba. We considered a shelter but longed to love a puppy. Pawrade provided so many options and walked us through the adoption process step by step to ensure top quality breeder. Suki arrived at 3:45 AM this morning and we are thrilled.
We are so happy and in love with our new puppy and the service provided by Pawrade, the breeder and 3rd party delivery service. Over all the communication and system was very good and helpful.

Maggie (Ella) is amazing!! The breeder we got her from was so nice and sent us little videos and pictures while we waited for her to be able to be sent to us. Over all it was a great experience. The only issue was getting her here.

Although I am extremely happy with our new pup, I would probably not recommend Pawrade. The dealing with multiple representatives for each step of the process is overwhelming and having no connection to the breeder until pick up leaves the client in the dark. I guess I’m too old fashioned for this online world. I appreciate personal connections when dealing with people.

Tara Mir was FABULOUS. Her 'sit-ins' - including Emma Hoy were also wonderful. We had a little 'burp' when our first purchase could not be fulfilled AFTER we paid, however it was resolved, after DEEP disappointment. I have mixed feelings about my experience with Pawrade. I love Elsie (I've renamed her Rylie). But I have some comments: 1) I wanted a small dog and she already weighs 12.8 lbs at 7 months. They said her parents weighed 8 and 10 lbs and she shouldn't weigh more than 10. 2) She really needed a groom - hair and nails were VERY long. For the price, I expected a recently- groomed pup. 3) Wayyyyyy too many emails, texts etc. from Pawrade - overwhelming, and too many "you have to do this, have to do that". 4) She was SKINNY - not thin, skinny. You could feel all her ribs, spine, shoulders and hip bones. And she wouldn't eat. She didn't eat for nearly 4 days and I tried EVERYTHING. (She's finally eating now.) 5) She had an ear infection. Also itchy skin. 6) She was confined to a crate for FOUR DAYS. I know you're trying to protect them, but that's just cruel. Pull into a pullout, carry them to potty. Now she won't get in a crate! Sorry to complain, but those are my feeli

My puppy arrived extremely sick and I don’t know HOW he passed his medical exam. He has heart rhythm irregularities, ear infection, ear mites, and worms. I have gotten ZERO support from pawrade and I’m just beyond devastated and upset. Will never suggest anyone get a dog from any of their breeders.
