We decided to purchase a Great Dane puppy from this site. In the begining they were very informative on the process. They verified my identity asked relevant questions about experience with dogs and space. They sent multiple emails and messages about travel stress and the importance of sugar supplement and keeping her on the same food. Encourage a vet visit 3 days after arrival. We had to have the puppy delivered to us as we purchased her from another state. The driver kept us informed the entire way. She did arrive at almost 11pm. Once she was here we noticed she was very skinny and her vertebrae, hip and ribs bones were very noticeable. Her first stool was blood. She continued to have bloody stools. We brought her to the vet and they had to send out a stool sample. She was put in an antibiotic to help in the meantime. The next day we received notice that she has canine coccidiosis and hookworm. Also in the original ad it says her dew claws were removed and they were not.

Process was great! They stayed in contact until our new family member was delivered.
Everything was great except knowing exactly when he was going to arrive. Thought he was coming Monday came Friday at 3:30am! Loving him so much tho. Everything else was fantastic. Drivers were great too!

Often times found it hard to get a hold of my representative when I started this process, finally got another person and she was easier to get through too. The problem I found is that we are not given the location of these puppies until the purchase is complete. I think this is a hard ship because perhaps we could of picked another puppy in more of a proximity to our state and saved money on the shipping. Also I was informed that I could not use my own shipper which turned out fabulous for our situation, and they have an A + rating. I found all the rules and regulations stressful as I have a full time job and all the emails and documents to complete the transaction were so time consuming, especially for me as we have limited internet access. Also I was told that I had to have a veterinary service within 72 hours, here in our rural area that also was not possible. Our nearest facility is 50 miles one way and the vet is only available on certain days and times. (More)

Naturally apprehensive about buying a puppy online, I reviewed on BBB and did some other research. They seemed legit and were quick to respond to my questions. Because they seemed so thorough throughout the whole process, I decided to go further and adopt our little mini-weenie! I'm so glad I did, she is as sweet as can be. The whole process took about a week. Pawdade made sure I was informed about everything and gave me protocols to follow upon her arrival (to thorough to be a scam, right?). Despite having an ear infection upon her 3-day check up at the vet, she is otherwise a happy, peppy, puppy, and we all love her so much already!

I was quite apprehensive about purchasing a puppy through a second party online. I did my research and decided to give it a try. I held my breath through those first days even after I’d chosen a puppy. Now, M.Cooper is ho e with us for a week and we couldn’t be more pleased with the process. Pawrade is an amazing company work with - they have lots of knowledge about the breeders and puppies available. The staff communicates often and go above and beyond to make the process of adding a new family member easy and seamless. We’ve had our dog for five days and he is adjusting so well. Their puppies are adorable, and well cared for. You can tell they are bred with love and I cannot recommend them enough.
We love Pawrade! We received a beautiful little shih tzu puppy. They communicated with us through the whole process of selecting and then purchasing the puppy. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. And although I have never communicated with the breeder, I give her a lot of credit. The puppy was healthy and happy. I would definitely purchase another puppy from them. I will also recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Pawrade for helping us add to our family.
Pawrade was great. Everything was pretty seemless, from reserving my pup to her delivery. I also really appreciated the guide they sent. It is my first puppy and I would have been completely lost without that.
So far so good! We brought Vader (formally Victor) home today. He's loving on us and we are loving on him and he seems to fit perfectly with our family of 8 (now 9).
Great experience with Pawrade. I normally adopt locally, so was skeptical at first, but have nothing but good things to say from the initial communication to the guys that knocked on my door with my precious cargo on 7/7/24!! Thank you - Tater Tot aka Morgan is settling in nicely!

Working with Pawrade was a great experience. They answered our questions quickly and communicated with us often!! Murphy was delivered at 12:30AM. We enjoyed watching Wags On Wheels travel around, as they made their way to his forever home! I would definitely purchase another through Pawrade! He is so loved! 🐶💙

This was a great experience. I got my new puppy Saturday July 6 at 4 a.m. I worked with Katie and Lois to get my puppy reserved, paid for and ensuring all the paperwork was completed. The delivery was seamless. I would definitely recommend this organization.
