Ava arrived at 9:30 pm. It took 3full days of travel to get here from only 6 hrs and 41 minutes away. Had I known that I would have gotten her from different method. But she arrived just fine, healthy and calm. The transition has been pretty seamless. She’s awesome. Couldn’t be happier.

Excellent service! Professional and prompt responses. Pick up of our little Emile was very smooth and friendly. Follow up afterwards if we had any questions or concerns. I would recommend Pawrade to everyone who is looking for a precious fur baby. We are so in love and pleased with Emile and her sister Emery, such a delight having them join our family. They have the sweetest temperament and well taken care of. Truly a blessing having them!!

GEMMA Mini Godendoodle Formerly known as Eleanor, Gemma arrived just 2 days ago and is in excellent shape after a long trip! She is very affectionate and happy-go-lucky, so I know she was brought up in a loving, caring place. Pawrade was very easy to work with and the whole transaction went smoothly. The drivers were friendly and communicated frequently throughout the long trip, and the pup arrived exactly when they said she would. I would definitely recommend using Pawrade to find the perfect puppy!

I was put at ease immediately upon connecting with a service agent. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was over asking. Communication is real time by text, within the app, and over the phone. Updates on my puppies medical exams and photos made this transaction more real and exciting. I was given some misinformation re Nautilus. Was told he had a docked tail and that was a quality that I was looking for. Also was told his adult weight would be 16 - 18 pounds, my vet told me yesterday that more likely he’d be 12 pounds at maturity. He is a delightful little guy and a great addition to our family, however I would like you to be aware of how he was misrepresented by your staff, and had I gotten the actual facts would not have been willing to pay the high price for him that I did. On a more positive note, the young man, Andrew who delivered him to us was incredible, kind, caring and engaging even at midnight when they arrived, he also kept us updated on the ETA. I hope Puppy Wagon is aware what a valuable employee he is.
I am really happy with my new lil girl, The whole transaction was flawless and everything went smoothly. So much so that I also purchased her brother, I would use Pawrade again and again. Thank you Cheryl B.

When the team arrived with Theo, they helped me surprise my wife. I told her that we were waiting for air transportation. I told her two people were outside and wanted to see her. They had Theo and she didn't realize that he was our puppy. There were many tears of happiness. For only 13 weeks, Theo is very well behaved. He is happy and healthy.

They did an excellent job of communication during transit. The new pup in gorgeous. He's shy but it's his first day. He will wam up. I would recommend this group to anyone. My only issue is that he was in transit for four days. But he is here now.

The whole process was relatively seamless. I gave four stars vs five as I did experience an issue with an overcharge, but they refunded my money and provided a cost breakdown after I requested it. Since my airport has an embargo due to our lovely heat (was an all-time record of 120 a few days ago), they sent my puppy via ground transport. That worked out well, except they drive 24 hrs a day, arriving to our home at 2:30 AM. I had to set an alarm to wake up so I was ready for them to drop her off.

I was pretty worried about this puppy service but so far I anm absolutely please with the service annd attention i received and the Express Puppies Transport was absolutely very quick and very responsive and my new pup came very happy and healthy.
