We are most pleased with the excellent delivery of our healthy, happy puppy. Thank you for your kind devotion to bringing puppies and people together. Our delivery was seamless except for a bit of traffic which is beyond anyone's control. Brandy is settling nicely into her new home. She warms our hearts with her sweet charm.
Pawrade is definitely the way to go when finding the perfect puppy. Process was easy from beginning to end. My little bundle of cuteness is everything I dreamed of. I haven’t bought a puppy in sometime So I am somewhat new to this process. Let me first say I love my puppy, been so long since I’ve held a puppy. I’m not sure how much weight they’re supposed to have on them. It seems like Eleanor was a little underweight, and nowhere near house strained.

Fast turn around time for initial communication. Process could have been explained more clearly. Full cash down in order to make reservation not explained well and lost out on original puppy I wanted. MetLife plan sign up information could have been bundled together. Would have preferred if process took longer to allow for federal holiday as vet offices and MetLife were closed. Felt secure going through broker as opposed to independent breeder as I have had fraud issues in the past with breeders. A few tweaks to operations could mean a business I could confidently recommend.

Internally, pawrade was very helpful and responsive during the process of purchase. After receiving my puppy with paper vet records, which my vet confirmed were not USDA compatible because they should have been digital, I also found out that he had ear infections and mites in both ears which did not match the records I received from his vet appointment with the breeder. A few days after this, we found out he had a stomach parasite usually contracted from drinking contaminated water/puddle water/shared water from outside. Additional meds and exams were needed from that as well. Ultimately not thrilled with the slew of issues I had upon receiving my puppy and Pawrade is really no where to be found or discuss any kind of reimbursement options for med bills. Skeptical on the breeders environment as well from all the issues. Love my dog but not sure about pawrade overall.

As a vet tech I was a little leery of getting a puppy this way but have to say I was very impressed by the whole process from initial inquiry to delivery. She is a very sweet dog. Being older it's taking her a little bit longer to settle in but I expected that. I may actually do it again to get her a friend when my elderly dog passes.
Referred to Pawrade by a friend. My puppy is awesome. Very social. Lots of communication during the process. Happy to have her home.
We found our perfect puppy!! The process was extremely thorough but seamless. From the time we purchased her to getting her home, the entire process was quite easy. Pawrade and the transportation company that delivered her, Wags on Wheels, kept us in the loop every step of the way. She came to us very healthy and still thriving as of today. We couldn't be more pleased with her. The only issue we had was we were not aware of the hidden cost and extra fees involved, as well as the high rate of taxes. We spent significantly more than what we expected to spend based off the price that was advertised on the website. We were a little taken aback at all the documents we had to initial and sign as well as the ID verification process, but that's okay as we understand that everything had to be thorough. Our suggestion would be to add a note of what the price advertised on the website does not include (such as "Does not include taxes, transportation, and Health Guarantee fees, etc."Thanks again!

The delivery team called a few times Sunday with several delays due to storms and finally they arrived at 3:30 am! Needless to say but the pup is out like a light, which is where I should be. The transfer was clean and expedited. I'll get Kairo checked out when we both recover from lack of sleep. Must say communications with people have been very good.

I am thrilled with Trevor. He is a wonderful puppy. He is smart , funny, and most of all healthy. I can't say enough good things about him. I was hesitant to buy a puppy through a web site for all kinds of reasons but the Pawrade process was professional with lots of security checks in place for the puppy and the purchaser. The Pawrade ppl and the Breeders were transparent and reachable. Thank you so much for bringing me Trevor.

Everyone was great and answered my questions. The staff were meticulous with everything that had to be done. The only thing that was very frustrating was communication. The answers were either vague at times and dates to pick up my puppy were changed. There were legitimate reasons to change them, but the time was not always accurate. I had to change my vet follow up for the puppy 3 times due to this. My puppy Dakota is great. Very smart, energetic, playful and enjoys rubs. I am very glad we got him.

Our puppy arrived after 6 nights on the road in the “Puppy Wagon” delivery service. I didn’t realize how long it would take. She was everything we had hoped for. She did have Giardia on arrival so the 1 month MetLife insurance is helping pay for the fecal test and the medication. She’s a sweet little girl and we’re in love! Thanks!

All parties provided constant contact and instructions. My puppy arrived very stressed and has been throwing up for 8 hours. The delivery team was very kind and had washed my puppy before delivery.
We are happy with our 🐶 we have her Jesse she is very smart she is crate trained and is being housebroken we are so glad we found you great breeder you have taken away all of our fears about owning a puppy thank you
