The travel could have been a little more clear, but I could have inquired more instead of making assumptions. Overall, it was a good experience and we are truly happy with our new puppy. The purchase process was a 10 out of 10. Would I do it again? 110% I would and couldn't ask for a better dog!

Was very disappointed that she had not even been remotely housebroken. We got Genesis when she was about 15 weeks old and I was told that the breeder had started training her to do her business outside, but she is not even remotely trained and we are having huge issues with her.

Everything was smooth but the transport company never responded to me the day they should have left, had the wrong address (scary) and left a day late. Dog did end up getting sick 2 days after arrival with Kennal cough.

Buck is not a toy poodle weighing 8 pounds at 26 weeks as advertised. He is a miniature poodle weighing almost 15 pounds at 27 weeks. This is false advertising. I wanted a toy poodle!

Very professional and personal. Always kind and quick to respond to questions and concerns. Finalizing the transfer of ownership and figuring out how to upload first vet appt. Docs were a bit confusing but other than that a very smooth well organized process. We now have the sweetest pup EVER and love her to pieces!!!!!!

I couldn’t be more happier and pleased with Pawrade. We just live and adore our new puppy, she is already home and part of the family. I’m not going to lie to any one reading this, Pawrade is the perfect place to purchase a new puppy. I know there are ALOT of scammers out there as we found out and thank goodness we never sent the money. So we were a little hesitant at first but we read thoroughly thru there website as well as contacted them and spoke to several people who informed us it was legit. They were right and they had a secure payment process. They kept in touch with us during the process to let us know what the next steps were and what we needed to do on our end. Pawrade was very helpful in that aspect and the delivery was perfect, simple and awesome! I can tell that we did wish that they would have sent us update photos and just put us know how are new puppy was doing. Other than that we had a great experience and would do it again! Thanks PAWRADE!!

Finnegan was delivered by Levi. Fonn was somewhat subdued for the first few hours, but loosened up and by evening was drinking water and chewing on fingers. He didn’t seem hungry until. Day two when he ate a few bites of his food and regular drinks. Amazon’s delivery of the Nutri-cal will be here Friday (didn’t get the order in early)(I asked Levi if he had any, but he only had a single tube- you might consider having it in the delivery process in case other new owners would have it available from the outset if they have not timely ordered) We have a vet appointment at noon to give him a check, but I don’t expect much to be of concern. Is there a report from the vet that you will want assuming no issues? Finn is adjusting to his new home and the step-dogs Cleo(German shepherd), Charlie (sheepdog) and Fancy (cavapoo- who is more than a bit standoffish). Overall, a positive outcome.
