When I found Pawrade I was initially nervous to go through a website to find a puppy for my family. Very quickly the Pawrade team wiped away those worries with personal and timely contact through messages and phone calls. They responded to my questions very quickly and supported us in the process every step of the way. Our puppy came to our home and immediately fit in and settled in with our family without any adjustment period which was such a pleasant surprise to us. We are thankful to the Pawrade team, our breeder and our transport team who had all helped make sure our new family member was well taken care of, healthy, well adjusted and happy from day 1. I couldn't recommend this process enough to anyone looking to add a fur baby to their family.

1.firstly, everyone I worked with were great. They did their best to help me out. 2. The whole process is confusing. It was not clearly laid out and as things changed, it became more difficult to follow. 3. My questions were not answered and some calls were recorded. That is insulting and overly litigious and alienating. 4. It sounds like your company is a puppy mill, not a pass through for breeders. I wanted to speak with the breeder after Maverick died but it never happens. How can a breeder permit a sick puppy to even be available. Puppies do not just die because of low sugar. What an excuse. 5. The invoicing process was a mess. The invoices had incorrect totals and it was difficult to keep track of what I actually paid. 6. I was told that my puppy had an AKC heritage but when I asked for the Sire and Dame registration numbers as well as the puppy, numbers, nothing was communicated-not even a confirmation that I requested. 7. The puppy had giardia and I got it as well.

We are generally unhappy with the service provided, the level of communication, interest in answering questions about the breeder and the condition of the pup when he arrived, which was terrible. We won't recommend the service to anyone.

I love my puppy! She is beautiful and a sweet addition to my family! I was glad to have someone to answer my questions along the way. My puppy concierge was helpful and got back to me as quickly as possible to answer most of my questions. The only reasons I have for not giving full 5 stars is that I don't like that I had to pay in full up front before I even held my puppy, and that made me very uncomfortable. Also, I don't like the method of third party signing documents, I'm not very computer savvy so it was a chore. Regardless, thank you Pawrade, for providing me with my fur-baby.

The pick up went very well. When I was looking at pups on pawrade and reading about the pups, all talked about what potty training was being done, when picking up spike I asked about that with spike. Said they were doing nothing and were leaving it all up to the new owners

First of all I want to commend the puppy concierge team. Tara, Holly and especially Emily. You were wonderful during the puppy purchase! Thank you! It was confusing how to enter a coupon. Maybe you should let people know they need to call with coupons. Thank you to Emily who gave me final direction how to activate insurance and when to make vet visit. Once I was turned over to the Travel department communication was very poor. I was never told the date of vet appointment and needed to pay travel arrangements weeks before travel was even scheduled. Finally Told vet visit was Friday. On Monday, when I asked, was told they were waiting for vet appointment to be reviewed? By Pawrade. Unacceptable that vet visit was Friday and on Tuesday I find out she was bitten by a litter mate. Also Vet visit must be done within 72 hours but no actual travel arrangements have been secured? And finally, why not work only with travel companies that offer GPS?

We were so longing for a new dog. We especially wanted another Havenese dog. When we saw Paisley we knew it had to be her! She is a wonderful little girl. She runs and plays in hour and a half intervals. She plays and piles up all her toys. She is a house cleaner, bless her. She is almost pottie trained. She still has accidents but not many compared to the times she gets it right. We are so glad to have her. We bought her a new little kennel, and she sleeps all night. I keep my slippers close to the kennel so she knows that I will return. She did cry for about ten minutes on the first night. Since then she just goes to sleep. She eats her regular's food, and loves the nutritional supplement. We gave her another bath today. As a consequence she smells great. The vet appointment went well. She had the two things you warned us of. We took a fecal sample in. When ch was fine. We spoke to the breeder yesterday. He said to call if we had any questions. Will you provide us with Ernie’s #? Thx

We really wanted to love working with Pawrade but we had a lot of communication issues with the teams that worked with us. We had issues on the timing of delivery and what we initially communicated before we purchased the dog was not passed along. We were even told we may be charged more since other team members were unaware of my initial conversation. Also we were told that we had 72 hrs to get the vet check done and to schedule for a Monday. The dog was delivered on a Thurs eve at 9pm and then we had to take her to an emergency vet because of the time restrictions and the offices not being open. I then got a message from pawrade that the Mon appt would have worked after I had cancelled it. Our dog is wonderful and so is the breeder but our services with pawrade just caused a lot of frustration towards the end.
