Our puppy is such a love! Transport was wonderful, they came late at night but had kept in contact with us so we knew exactly where they were and their eta. He's alert, sweet and playful. Unable to get a vet appointment for a week but he looks really good and solid (I've had a LOT of Goldens over the years).

We are extremely pleased with our puppy. She is adorable. There were some things in the initial information we received that need to be included. 1. What day of the week the breeder flies the puppies out. 2. The climate controlled compartment on the airplane isn’t turned on until the plane readies to depart, so if it’s a hot day the puppy will need to wait until the temperature cools (if coming from the southeast, it could be weeks). Another issue we had was the transporter took a picture of the wrong dog and sent it to me. When I contacted the transporter, I was told it was just the camera angle. The picture I received was of a Labradoodle, not a Yorkie Poo. They kept telling me it was the correct dog. I contacted Pawrade to find out what was going on, sent them the picture I received and a picture of our puppy. I was again told it was just the camera angle. I was adamant it was not our puppy, but I was told I was wrong. Turns out I was right, and I was angry they argued with me.

From the selection of my puppy, allowing me to speak with the breader, the honored request for videos, the payment process, and the journey to get him to his new home for all of our love. Puppy was received as stated. Initial wellness exam showed no negative signs and puppy to be in good health. Fecal sample provided. Flotation test revealed both parasites for Girardia and Coccidia. Treatment to begin later today. Recommend that paperwork be consolidated into limited files. PetPay instructions not entirely clear and some duplicated Pawrade's.

My concierge , Tony, was very responsive to my questions and helpful.
Our Kara is the most loving and well nurtured puppy we have ever had! She is extremely healthy amd even knows simple commands such as “sit” & “no”. She also knows how to swim and is a dream to take around with us everywhere we go. The process from start to finish was very secure, professional, & definitely above and beyond any other pet purchase we have experienced in the past. We have recommended Pawrade to anyone in the market for a puppy and will definitely look to this company in future puppy endeavors! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ across the board.

Dixon is a DREAM...what a fantastic boy! We love him so much. He has adjusted beautifully. Still having a hard time figuring out that we go potty outside, but everything else is perfect. He is SO happy and loves his forever family. Working with Pawrade was spectacular. The delivery service was flawless and we were first/second on the list and we had our pup in no time flat. The husband/wife team brought our fur baby to our front door and the transfer of ownership was processed quickly. They were excellent!
