It was bad that it took so long to get transport and then the poor little baby had to go on a 3 day road trip. I know they need to combine but for 725 they get here faster. Then I got the wrong paperwork. I got Pat Self papers on Madison.

The first part of buying/adopting Doodle went smoothly and quickly. At the end when I had questions no one would reply to them until other events had already happened. Kind of disappointed about the end of transaction service. Beginning was great though and that's why I it's 4 stars.

Very thorough during our phone conversations about the whole process and always followed up with an email. Took care of and contacted the transportation of our puppies to Nevada. Would recommend them to anyone who is in the process of shopping and buying a puppy. Thank you for all your help.

We traveled a total of 4600 miles to bring our sweet Cavapoo puppy home to us and we couldn't be more in love with her. She was worth every pain-staking mile it our journey to us. The process could've been made a bit easier with Pawrade's help but in the end, it worked out and for that, we will just put it behind us and enjoy the future with our little girl.

My puppy is adorable. I wish the breeder would have communicated better with updated pictures of my puppy during the time I had to wait to get her. New “Mothers” are anxious to see their baby’s progress. At times I felt good communication was lacking , but overall it was a good experience.

Naomi is transitioning beautifully in her new home. She is so stink’n adorable. We just want to cuddle her to death. My 8 year old niece just loves to hold her & play with her & take care of her. The drive home with the puppies was long for them with many stops along the way. The concern Pawrade employees show on the puppies you feel they really care for their puppies. The cost was a little high but overall I would recommend Pawrade to family and friends.

This was such an easy process from start to finish! All the customer service was phenomenal, they set up a Phone call between me and the breeder so that I could ask my specific questions, the drivers were friendly and communicative, I am really impressed
Everyone I had contact with was professional and helpful. We now have the sweetest little addition to our family!

From the very first contact, Pawrade provided great support! They arranged a zoom meet n greet with my puppy and her breeder. No one rushed that meeting and I got answers to all my questions and felt very comfortable adopting my puppy. She arrived 1 week later right on time - nothing unexpected; no detail left unattended to. Sami is a beuatiful, healthy golden doodle with a lovely personality - everything her breeder said she would be. We are in love her! I highly recomend Pawrade to anyone thinking about abopting a furbaby!

Process was getting a little drawn out, but we got a great puppy. One note: our puppy had to ride in a van until he got to us. If you can afford it I'd go with air travel.

If you have to choose air or ground, choose ground transportation for your new baby. Go with ground it's safer and the two gentlemans who drive the ground transport, love there job and would take of your new baby. They're awesome.

I had a lot of hesitation purchasing a puppy I had not met. This little girl is perfect. Well behaved, lovable and Perfect. The transaction was very smooth, everyone I dealt with was wonderful. Ground delivery took longer than I hoped but the transport was great. She was snuggling the 2nd drivers neck when she arrived. Highly recommend this company. Thank you!
