Amazing experience. I'm so glad I used Pawrade to help me with my new puppy purchase, a Golden Retriever. The puppy customer service were incredible. There was nothing they couldn't answer or help with step by step, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Awesome communication. Even the the transport professionals were amazing, caring and wonderful with all the new pups, updating by text along the way, giving the puppies baths and rest, playing them doggie movies, until they place the puppy right into your arms at your front door! My puppy was so clean, happy and incredibly healthy! Love at first sight. I can't recommend this company enough for purchasing a new puppy. From breeder to front door delivery, they have the people who know and love these dogs till they come home to you. Total loving and professional! Would not hesitate to use them again. Pawrade was very easy to work with. Kept in constant communication with me and explained each step of the process, with one exception and that was delivery. I believe Pawrade is at the mercy of third party delivery carriers but this is an easy remedy if they would choose a carrier that has an app where the puppy can be tracked for delivery. Other than that, I highly recommend Pawrade! Brigitte

Pawrade was wonderful to work with during this process. It was nice knowing that I wasn’t walking into a scam or suppporting a puppy mill. That said, not all of the info from the breeder seemed to be true. For example, my pup was not socialized with cats and arrived with giardia. Still, he’s beautiful, funny, spunky, & overall seems very healthy. So glad he’s now part of our family!
