This was a hugely stressful and frustrating experience. I have taken the puppy to the vet and he got his vaccinations at inappropriate times. He actually needed vaccinations at his vet visit but due the contract he can’t get them for 10 days. Although he is 4 months he did not get flea tick or heartworm meds. As we have serious problems with mosquitoes he received that today. I will not do this again and will not recommend. Very concerned he is actually a puppy mill pup

I renamed my Maltipoo puppy to Jill. The whole experience of getting her here was very negative. When I finally got Jill at 3:30 AM on June 14th she was hypoglycemic and dehydrated. She only weighs three pounds and I suspect she was too stressed to eat or drink much if any thing on her 4 day journey. She was listless and wouldn't even lick a bit of food off my finger. Her gums were dry. So I took her to Dove Lewis Emergency Vet in Portland. They kept her over night and into the day on Saturday. She was on a drip with a separate sugar infusion. I think she was too small to travel safely on such a long journey. Having her dropped off at 3:30 AM was problematic for all of us. If I had known what the arrangements for delivery were I would have chosen a different way or not bought her. I have dog I got form another company a couple of years ago. They had set up a service to fly the dogs out to their new homes.and it worked beautifully even though is was 116° when she got here at 4PM.

The only person that told me that she would call me back & then called me back in reference to any of my questions was Emily. Kelly told twice that Holly would call me & I never heard from her. Again, Emily was the only one that was responsive. Emily was amazing 😊

I wanted a new pup. I was hesitant and took my time when choosing. Pawrade is a great company that never pushed me into purchasing from them. When I finally reserved my new furbaby they had multiple agents from different depts message me to make sure I understood what to expect in each subsequent step. And then the finally delivery was as smooth as possible. On a Sunday they estimated the delivery would be on Thursday with a 2-hour window and that's exactly when they arrived even though they had multiple deliveries on their route. This was my first experience purchasing a puppy and it couldn't have gotten any better. Would purchase from Pawrade again.

Pawrade made the puppy buying process incredibly easy! They did an excellent job communicating and coordinating each step of the process. Every question I asked was answered within a few hours. They required a thorough background check in order to be eligible to purchase. I welcomed this because it reiterated their commitment to puppy safety. I assume the breeders undergo a similar check. Our puppy’s breeder personally accompanied him on his plane ride from Florida. Which was awesome! I really appreciated the extra TLC she afforded him and the time she spent with me upon delivery. Overall, it was a wonderful buying experience and I highly recommend Pawrade.

Everything was great except a lack of communication a bit with travel. Spoke with the manager and all is well. Very organized and great communication on the front end for sure! Love Willa 💜💜

The overall interaction was speedy initially but then got slow when the travel department got involved. Eventually the nanny I paid for through Pawrade just outright missed the flight, was unresponsive about what the next steps were, and it took forever to get a real answer. Eventually we had to use an entirely different nanny service to get Lucy to me and I requested a travel refunded. TLDR: The rep was great, the travel service was awful
