The concierge at Pawrade is incredible! The team is super responsive, informed, and go above and beyond with requests for additional information and asks to the breeder. We are so in love with our lil girl we brought home last weekend, and we are so glad we found her through Pawrade!

This is the 2nd time we were blessed with a puppy from Pawrade. The service was wonderful and we receive the most beautiful, loving puppy imaginable. The only thing that I am disappointed about is that no one revealed to us that our puppy had an existing inguinal hernia. I seen it on the medical records from the breeders Veterinarian, Alpha Vets in Topeka, Indiana on 04/05/24 when we picked the puppy up at the airport. The medical records from PetPay on 06/12/24 does not show her having the inguinal hernia, but my Veterinarian, Animal Medical Center in Auburn, California did spot it. We did purchase medical insurance but they will not cover it because it is considered a existing problem. The cost will be approximately $890.00 which the Breeder should be partially responsible for because he did not tell us of the problem. She is a sweet, loving little girl and we would have gotten her anyway. I do thank the Breeder for providing such a loving household to give us this incredible puppy.

I thought the process was pretty good. You have to deal with about 4 different people throughout it all. A few communication problems but not too bad. My only real problem was that the delivery guys are not allowed to walk the dogs (or cats) while enroute. The dogs are basically in a small cage in like a minivan for the entire trip. I think Pawrade should rethink that policy. They need to stretch their legs and take a poop and pee with dignity in my opinion.

Everything was great! However, i think we all know these puppies come from a puppy mill. The fact that i had to meet someone in a park who was not the breeder and didn't know anything about the puppy made it obvious. On a good note, we love this little guy, and he won the lottery when he came to our house.

I obtained timely and accurate information regarding my Bernidoodle from Tara. She was my constant 'go to' as the other person, Donna, only emailed me to tell me when she was unavailable to me. That occurred on two separate occasions. I received only one message from the transport person telling me that soon I would get delivery information. So, Tara was the consistent person available to respond to me. Ivan was informative and ready for us to pick up our puppy. He told me that my puppy, now Winston, would be around 35 lb. I saw the huge paws on this Fellow and hope Ivan is correct because my family is certain this pup will be 50 lb. or more. We will see. He is beautiful. now the training begins. Thank you all for making this experience a positive and constructive process. I will recommend others to use you. Thank you again.

I have never bought a puppy before, especially online. I was skeptical but really wanted to surprise my twin teens with a puppy after losing our family pet a couple of months ago. From my first contact with Pawrade, I have been impressed. The communication is amazing and trust me I'm someone with a million questions but always got a response same day. I appreciated that they care enough for the pets and have everything in writing, including what my obligations are to keep the puppy healthy and safe. When it was time for the puppy to be delivered to us, from Indiana to California, the amazing communication remained! I highly recommend Pawrade to folks that don't want to go to a puppy mill.
