The communication was constant. The only issue I have is we are to receive free insurance for a trial period, but I can not get in touch with the provider. I am not sure whether this is true or not.

Transfer went very smoothly and she has been such a good baby. I called yesterday and had the baby insurance activated, I took self with her and Already a 1000 pics. My vet is s closed today and tomorrow because of the holiday but supposed to be open on the 2nd which will be the 3rd day. So I did don’t send you anything until I have everything, right? Or can I send as I go?

Absolutely LOVE my puppy. They did great on communications. He’s passed two vet exams already, showing how healthy he is. I would get another Frenchie from the same breeder again!

I thought the process was so so, trying to get information was kind of hard. We were supposed to pick jinx up on Monday morning at nine and we didn’t get the person‘s information until Monday morning at 9:10. Needs better correspondence with the customer and also getting them information about the breeder. Everyone was friendly, but a very stressful ordeal would not do it again through you all.
