This was an amazing experience, from our days of getting emails that new puppies were available to seeing our puppy in the hands of the drivers. This was a white glove experience and I couldn't have asked for more. Accurate descriptions on the puppy, the training, the socializations. Our Maltipoo puppyhas been interacting with our 9-year old/70-lb boxer since Day 2 with no issues. Paper/pad training has been a breeze because it was familiar. Crate training - a breeze. Obvious that our pup was familiar with human interaction - not skittish or defensive. Would recommend to anyone looking for concierge-level service for their next fur baby.

I absolutely love Mackenzie. I believe our personalities will be compatible. I only gave 4 stars because 1) I’m not technically savvy and 2) I think it should have been simpler to make the transfer and less worrisome getting the insurance started. Thank you.

The Pawrade staff were very professional and helpful. I am not computer savvy, but the staff that I spoke with helped me through the process. Pepper is doing well. He had his wellness check on Friday and no problems were noted. We heard him growl and bark for the first time Friday night ( at a stray cat that came on the patio). It was also cute to see him react to his reflection in the patio door. Everyone who meets him says he is adorable and we think so too. The transport folks were very kind and informative also. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Thanks so much for bringing Pepper to our family!

Although very skeptical about getting a puppy on line with all the scams,everything turned out fine.Very safe app to use. The worst part was waiting the 2 weeks for her to get to 2lb or 12 weeks,lol. She arrived perfect, so darn cute,just as she looked on her pictures and description. She is already the love of our life although my husband stole her heart,she follows him everywhere.She passed her vet check with flying colors.We would definitely recommend Pawrade for those looking for a puppy.They also answer any and all questions in a very timely manner.

It was a pleasure working with Pawrade when we purchased our Havanese puppy! He was our first pup in 30 years and Pawrade was there for us every step of the way with information about how to take care of a new puppy! Pawrade has excellent communications and service during the process and in following up after we got Mojito home. Highly recommend Pawrade!

For the most part my experience with Pawrade was a positive one; however, a few things that I did not like were it seemed once I paid my questions weren't answered as timely as they were before paying and the 15 days from paying till actually receiving my puppy. Once picked up at the breeders the transporter made the over 900 miles here in a day. Overall, I would still recommend Pawrade if you are looking for a new best friend. They are legit and I now have my precious new puppy whom I am absolutely in love with already!

I am absolutely thrilled with my puppy, Willow Bradone Pryor! She is now venturing out of our arms and into the Playpen with all new Toys and having a wonderful time. I thought she'd be tired; however, She just keeps gathering steam! You all have been so helpful the entire time; I've really appreciated it. She is beautiful, and so curious. I particularly liked the guys who drove her here. They let me know every once in a while everything was fine, when the weather was so bad; and the Puppies were always okay and happy.
