Delivery time not ideal!! Dropping off a puppy at 2am not good for her or owner. She was scared to death! Very difficult for her to go to sleep that night.

My review is strictly on the Pawrade service, because now that we have finally received our puppy, she's great. I was NOT thrilled about the communication or lack thereof during this process. I originally chose the airpanion option as I thought it was the quickest and safest method to get our puppy from Michigan to Nevada. I paid for our puppy on the 10th of December, and at no point was I ever sent update photos or allowed to be in contact with the breeder directly. I asked several times for photos and was told I would get them. By the end of December when there was still NO clear date about delivery, I asked them to tell me my options and opted to switch to ground delivery. We missed out on a lot of time with our puppy because no one was clear with me about how air flights can basically be delayed indefinitely. The upside was, I was refunded for the difference for the travel and the puppy was delivered very quickly by the delivery service and she was clean and happy when she got here

Puppy delivery was good, but I was hoping for some pics during the delivery. I took the dog to the vet the next day for his wellness check as required and a fecal test was done and the results was Giardia. He is being treated for this with a medication called Panacur granules for 14 days with a followup visit and testing in 14 days. The vet said this is caused by stagnated or contaminated water. Also, the panel of immunizations is different for puppies in Florida, so updated immunizations had to be given. I forwarded the vet bill to support@petpay.com on the day of the visit. I can get a copy of wellness check vet notes and forward to you if requested.

Enrico is everything I hoped for. She is a sweet, precious little girl. At 13 weeks she's a handful, but her angelic face and personality make up for her age. Next Friday we start our obedience training, and I'm sure she will ace that. Very smart and engaged. Thank you for my Enrico - new name Cali.

Everything went smoothly, communication was very good, pick-up of puppy went as planned. Our puppy was already being potty trained and was apparently very well loved before we got him. He has transitioned well and is adapting to his new home wonderfully! We have never had a Golden Retriever before and we are already in love with him! I would highly recommend Pawrade and the breeder we got our Benson boy from! We were very nervous about the whole process and the staff helped me feel assured every step of the way!

Apart from not knowing the plane was going to be late, we are fine. Our little guy is doing fine so far, the other dogs are adjusting to him nicely, and he is currently snuggled in my lap, which is where I imagine he will spend a good portion of his life. Thank you all for bringing him to us.

I thought you were a reputable coordination house but my experience was anything but seamless. You folks were on top of communications until you got my money. I paid extra $1500 more for service I never received. I never got pictures and videos or any communication reference my dog until 24 hours before I picked him up. I would ask the same question 3-4 times about his dog food but it took 3-4 times to get the full answer!!! I would leave messages and not get answers. I am going to write to the President of your company and report , other than getting a dog, the process was very disappointing. Basically it sucked and I will not be recommending your services. The day before I picked up my dog, I thought I had been scammed. I have a large group of friends and family and I will be sending to everyone I know. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH PAWRADE. The breeder didn’t even have my pup groomed and his nail’s hadn’t been clipped for quite some time. They were very long.
