Communication is relentless until the contract on your new puppy is executed. Once contract is Executed Communications come to a Stop, They ask you when you want to pick up your new puppy but they don't communicate if you are Track to pick-up the puppy or when the puppies schedule health check date is, which hinges 100% on when the puppy to be picked up. I had to Request the date, and miraculously!! that day. 2 days later I asked any updates, followed by we are waiting for the records to be uploaded we are still on track for pickup date. Another 4 days go by no update, so i requested a phone call to find out what is going on, only to receive a message on the message board stating there was some confusion and the breeder missed there appointment. So here we are 6 days pass my initial request for update, it took all of 2 hours to take my money and execute a contract but you can figure out any sooner than 6 days that there was some confusion, good job Pawrade way to be on top of things.
Our puppy GiGi - 12 week old French Bulldog came home wagging her little tail as soon as she was carried out of the nanny van. We love her and she has the best temperament. I can’t say enough about the professionalism Pawrade has with it’s buyers. We are so happy we bought from this company.
We didnt like the traveling coordinator she did not give us enough information on the dog food.Taking out and how to feed the dog instructions, she told it was supposed to be in the envelope with the dog papers and it wasn't all I got was treated twice a day and that was it. Try to get in touch with the lady, who was making the arrangements for travel\nFor over a week and even my veterinarian was not pleased.

Everyone was very pleasant and attentive. Response times were great. A lot of the paperwork was quite involved with multiple entities coordinating. A bit tough to navigate. Overall very satisfied.
We are absolutely happy with our new puppy. He's healthy, energetic, and loves everyone- especially us.

I’m with such joy with Enzo. Did not realize he was going to be traveling for two days. Nevertheless, he has taken to his night time crate very well. I think it is also one of the reasons, being with the long travel. Trying to get potty training, still a work in progress.
Everything about this experience has been a 10. I especially appreciated the ability to contact a real person with questions at Pawrade. She was always very helpful and sweet.

Just got my beautiful King Charles Cavalier. She arrived at 1:30 am in the morning. They deliver 24 hours a day. My puppy came all the way from Indiana . The process was easy. It's a lot but worth it to get a quality pet.

Working with pawrade has been very easy when going through the whole process of buying a puppy! Everyone is very nice & helpful! Everything went very smoothly from purchasing to transport to arrival!
The process to purchase my puppy went very smoothly. Making the payment was easy and setting up the meet for us to pick up our puppy was a quick process. We met and took possession of our puppy at the time and place designated by the breeder.

I’ve named her Daisy and she is so adorable and wonderful. Night has been a pleasure as from the ride down she goes to sleep in crate no Noise until I wake her in am. I am so pleased with her and your service & the service that delivered her. Thank you. She’s been to vet.
Staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. We traveled to pick up our pup and they were very helpful with getting us the information needed to contact the breeder.
