Very pleased with the process. Ezekiel is everything we were hoping for . It was a 12 hr drive to pick up Ezekiel the breeder was great at the pick up location. The Pawrade system makes sure you are receiving a healthy happy puppy. Beginning to delivery the Pawrade system is the way to go

I just want to say thank you to Pawrade for connecting me with this pup. Henry actually arrived a day earlier than expected. He arrived smelling good and I have been wondering what shampoo he used. His health report was good across the board and has been adjusting well. I'd say if you come across a pup you connect with reach out to the concierge and they will answer any questions you have. Service was nice I appreciated having a point of contact while I was waiting for Maxwells arrival. Suggestion, please be more mindful of timeframes when advising pets day for departure. I was told he would be on his way to me on June 1st which turned out that wasn’t the case. I had already took vacation time so that I could bond with him and he didn’t leave for a whole week later. Other than that my experience was a pleasant one. Thank you

I salute each and every one of you for a job well done. With out you all I couldn’t have gotten my beautiful boy. Thank goodness you are there. Keep up the good work. So people like me can get our beautiful Fur babies. Sky has moved in and taken over. My Husband and I love it. Sky even has his own bedroom. He loves it. Lots of play time. He does lots of zooming all over the house. He is now a mamas boy.

Wonderful experience. All of the staff were very friendly, incredibly organized, efficient and responsive. Someone was always available to talk over the telephone without any delay. They provided an enormous amount of information and instructions (particularly for inexperienced pet owners) and kept in touch with updates daily. They also provided a record of Vet appointments and current inoculations prior to taking ownership. I would 100% recommend using Pawrade. FIVE STAR OPERATION!!

Malti Poo - Maltipoo Puppy
I was very hesitant to purchase a puppy online without being able to see and interact with him, however, Pawrade made the experience personal! We were able to have a zoom call with our favorite puppy and breeder. We asked questions, saw him interact, and fell in love! The process is straightforward and easy! They are a very accessible business, with long hours on the weekend, when we could settle down and do our puppy research. Each puppy has the parents and their weights and breed listed, which was important to us. After we chose our puppy, we had the option of travel as flying or by a puppy transport company. We chose the puppy transport, and again, they were wonderful! We could text for updates whenever we wanted, and we received our puppy in great health and as happy as ever! I would definitely use Pawrade again. The prices are fair, the service and information provided is helpful, truthful, and straightforward, and our puppy is healthy and amazing and so cuddly!

Everything was very professional Dow to the pickup of MIA. I was surprised the girl delivering her didn’t know anything about her. MIA needed a bath and had at least a dozen fleas on her. She is beautiful and very sweet and cuddlie! I would have liked to meet the breeder and visited Mia ‘a home!
