Apart from lack of communication between adoption team and transportation services, adoption process was smooth, but delivery could have been better managed. The driver was a very pleasant and accommodating gentleman. Not really pleased with MetLife insurance persistence on buying a policy either. The puppy is a doll and will be forever loved and cherished ❤️

To be honest with everyone one out there, I was thinking that this was a scam from the looks a reviews on Pawrade. It’s not a scam they found me a husky puppy that was 8 weeks old. They text me every day an walk me through. When it came time to get the puppy I drove 1700 miles from home. Meet the Breeder all looked good. I’m very happy with Pawrade that I would recommend them to all. Thank you Pawrade.

I wish I had known we were adopting from Amish. They are known for Puppy Mills. This was kept a secret from me. I was promised all over the website that you don’t utilize puppy mills. The way they breed is inhumane and horrible. The communication was horrible. After speaking to the administrator for the Amish I was told that the lack of communication was on Pawrade side. I was lead to believe it was on the breeder side. This was disappointing and upsetting. Cindy never followed up after to see how we were doing either. Sophie (Rosie) is great. I got her with no issues. She is the perfect puppy. I just wish that I knew things in advance. And considering seeking legal counsel because I feel like we were lied to. I will not be using Pawrade in the future.

I must admit, I was skeptical at first and thought that this website was a scam. I have never purchased a dog online before but Pawrade was so accommodating and helpful from start to finish. I was able to meet my pup and his breeders when he was only 2 weeks online via Zoom and they assisted me in the decision process when picking through the litter. They kept me updated the entire 7 weeks that I waited for his arrival and answered every question and concern with grace and respect. Bernard (now named Ruby) is a wonderful addition to my family and I am thankful that I came across Pawrade and I am thankful for their hardworking team.

He is a great puppy. Although he does not seem like he’s been in training for going outside. Each episode is a struggle to get him to the door. It’s been awhile since I have had a young pup, but don’t ever remember having a dog that doesn’t go crazy over “going outside”. Suggestions? I am using reward and praise.

My beautiful chocolate colored female Morkie was flown from Indiana to California with an amazing travel nanny. She arrived in wonderful condition and apparently remain very calm on her long day of travel. She has now been with me 6 days and with each passing day I fall more in love with her. We decided to name her “Rosie” because she is so beautiful!

This was a very smooth process. From the day we reserved our puppy, we contacted and the staff explained everything step by step. The driver even texted me to let me know that they were in route and arrived at the house exactly when he said he would.
