Very very impressed!! This was a very protected way for me to purchase and amazing puppy. I felt very confident with every step. Pawrade walked me through this process to protect me, and to protect the breeder from and scams. I trusted the entire process!! The breeders and betted, which gave me confidence. And the breeder had confidence that I would be a good puppy parent. Our vet said that our new puppy was be of the strongest puppies he had seen. Not one issue with the whole process!! Very satisfied and will tell all my friends! Our little Rudy, Shitzu is doing so well, we adore her!!! The breeder was top notch!

Really liked how thorough initial communication was. Responsiveness was very good by the Pawrade team. It did get a little bit confusing about how many touch points/people we were assigned. Was not happy that paperwork could not be updated to reflect error/changes. Transport was close to what was expected. Communication from the drivers could have been a little better. But was adequate. They responded very timely to our one question requesting an approximate ETA after 30 hours of no communication. No second communication was provided updating us on actual arrival time, but that was fine. Grace is amazing! So excited to have her.

The texted/e-mailed schedules, 21 page puppy information containing do's and don'ts, suggested food/vitamins that our puppy was used to, vaccine info etc were invaluable. I don't remember the moment when I first saw Hazel come across my feed; I had been feverishly looking at miniature schnauzer puppies after the tragic loss of our little pup Harper who was only 4. Ironically, Harper had come to us after my wife's precious little angel, Lou, also had a catastrophic health situation at 4 as well... so our family has really been hit hard with the loss of Harper, a liver-tan and Lou, a blue merle. All I knew for sure was I just wanted to find a puppy that could help me stop being so sad and start feeling like playing and throwing a ball again. Our other mini schnauzer, Mae, was despondent as well. But late one night as I scrolled through Pawrade I saw: Hazel.. with a blue merle dad and a liver tan mom... and a look in her eye that reminded me so much of Lou. I sent my wife a pic... and she said yes almost immediately. Hazel is a dream! Smart, well-loved, joyous, and my new best friend! Thank you so much.
