I have buyer's remorse. I got the "puppy mill" impression. Communication could be better. they were less communicative AFTER the puppy was paid for. A lot of it was impersonal and straight business, not about actually adding a new member to our family- which is fine for some people but not me. I wanted more information from the breeder on her temperament and personality but that didn't happen. Needless to say, puppy's personality described on the website was inconsistent with how she is at home. Puppy transport was ok - she arrived clean considering the travel time. Negatives: they gave me someone else's puppy's food bag, microchip info, etc... and my puppy arrived with a giardia infection (confirmed by the Vet 24hrs after arrival). Soo.. we've had the puppy for roughly 72 hrs and now dealing with parasite causing diarrhea.

Dealing with pawrade was so easy. Very good at communicating about my puppy. Very pleased with my puppy he is very handsome and so well behaved.
With all the scams out there, we were skeptical. Pawrade made me feel at ease with their constant communication with me and updates on the puppy. Our puppy was not exactly ready when we first purchased him. Pawrade kept me updated on his progress until he was delivered. I felt at ease with the phone calls the text and the emails in the purchase process. I would definitely purchase from Pawrade again.
Entire adoption process made very easy. Representative very kind, knowledgeable and eager to help. Transportation services were wonderful to work with. Our fur baby arrived very clean, happy and exactly on the date and time that we were given.
The process of getting my puppy to my house was very smooth and professional. My puppy is very well behaved and in great health. This has been a great experience!
Great experience, everyone was extremely helpful and explained, thanks n detail, the process of getting our perfect miss Rose. She is darling, beautiful, and trained to use pee pads. I would recommend pawrade if you wanted the perfect companion.

Each team member I communicated with was very friendly, responsive and knowledgable. The flow of communication was excellent and helped me in so many ways to prepare for Ginger's arrival. The detailed checklist and other tools were much appreciated. Thank you for making the entire process easy and exciting!

Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I felt that they all cared about my decisions, and supported all of my requests. Responses were immediate and informative. The transportation associates listed everything I needed to know and the gentlemen that delivered my buddy were very caring and kept me up to date on their location and their schedule! The breeder gave me some starter food, a leash, and a collar with wonderful instructions on my pup’s care! All around quality service! I would definitely recommend Pawrade and all of their associates! Thank you for everything!

From start ( searching for a puppy ) to finish ( the puppy arriving at our home ) Pawrade did a perfect job! We have gotten 3 puppies from Pawrade since 2021 and could not have bern happier with each time!

After several weeks of frustration dealing with our local resources, I went online and found Pawrade. I called the number listed and to my surprise, Holly answered the phone. I explained that we were looking for a certain puppy breed. She very quickly sent me an email with several choices. I asked where the puppy was coming from and she said Missouri. I was concerned that the distance from Missouri to California would be a problem. Holly assured me that they would transport the puppy with the highest level of care. I chose one and began the adoption process. The puppy would be ground transported. Everything was handled very professionally. The date they said the puppy would arrive was right on. Austin from Pet Express regularly texted me with his ETA. We are very pleased with the entire Pawrade operation and would gladly recommend their services to anyone. Our sincere THANK YOU!!

From beginning to end, this needed business covers everything. Legal paperwork and every detail is revealed, discussed and signed for. You are assigned a Concierge who helps you find a perfect match. They are always there to answer your questions that surface, in the middle of the night. I typically don't give glowing reviews much anymore because good service is so hard to find. The team at Pawrade was awesome. I was personally called by staff members to make sure I was informed and educated on the protocol. We made special arrangements for our puppy's delivery and Pawrade made it all happen smoothly. The text chain between all involved on the day of delivery was very comforting as we had our puppy coming from across the country. Even text messages and calls days after delivery looking out for the puppy's wellbeing. All aces in my book!
