Mila's real name is now Mandy. She's been to the doctor and is now on meds for Giordia. Otherwise, her teeth are sharp, she hates to be alone, sleeps beautifully during the day and she uses the entire world for her toilet. What else would you expect?? She's a puppy ;). We're making slow progress with potty training and she's absolutely adorable. As for the rating -- I'd rather have been able to see the puppies in person before I committed to adopt her. Otherwise, everything has run smoothly.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Pawrade. I was very wary about online scams when it comes to getting a puppy, but Pawrade is truly the real deal. From start to finish, the communication was flawless, and every person we worked with was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. The entire process was easy, transparent, and stress-free. Our pup came across the country and was in our arms in just a week and a half. He was delivered with the utmost care and arrived clean, happy, healthy, and clearly well loved. It was obvious that the breeder took exceptional care of him before he ever reached us. The moment he arrived, he became family—welcomed with so much love by our entire household and our other dogs. Bringing a puppy into your home is a big moment, and Pawrade made it a truly beautiful experience. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you to everyone at Pawrade for helping us bring home a healthy, happy pup and for making a dream come true for our family.

My dear sweet puppy came to me with several issues. I expected him to be 100% healthy. He had Giardia, which PawRade said might only show up under stress. That is not my understanding after researching the infection. He was underweight, (his ribs were easily palpable, even though the pre- travel vet said his weight was fine. His vaccination series was not followed correctly, so now I have to have my vet follow up. Pawrade says that he should not start the vaccination series over. My vet (of 40 years) says the puppy should start the series over. All that said, I already love this baby and will take care of any health issues he has. Once my puppy arrived, I do not feel that the support from pawrade was what I would have expected. I would not get a puppy from this company again Sorry to report.

We are happy with our experience with Pawrade. The only suggestion is having better communication. We were given a phone number for a rep and were told to call or text anytime. Getting updated pictures of our puppy took a week. We asked about food and breeder but had to ask multiple times to get an answer. We got automatic generic msgs. We will recommend this to other people but suggest better communication or not to offer contact info it if not able to respond. Thank you for a Beautiful Puppy!!!!!

We absolutely love our new puppy. He is a ball of energy, healthy, and just a happy puppy all around. As soon as we saw him in the video we knew he was perfect. Everything was handled with the best customer service from questions, traveling, handling, health, through to arrival. We had hesitations, such as will the puppy like us, are the breeders good, etc. For those with the same hesitation I recommend Pawrade.

Thank you Pawrade! I was a little sceptical based on some of the reviews I read regarding the delivery process, health of the puppy, and cleanliness. To my surprise, my puppy was perfectly clean, and frisky and happy. He goes to the vet tomorrrow for his wellness checkup and I do not see any problems. He is so happy, smart, frisky, and most important, loveable. And he's already learning commands!!!

Buying process was seamless and a joy - I dealt with Mindi After the delivery things have not been as seamless. First, I paid the for the personal delivery via vehicle - this process was horrible. The puppy traveled through 10 states before it finally arrived and was traumatized at delivery. There really should be a way for the delivery service to give you the route beforehand, and you either accept or decline. If I were given the route beforehand I would have requested a refund and paid a private carrier. I did pay for an extended health guarantee. To this point (I have tried by voice, text, ap, and email) I have been unable to get that policy number from anyone to activate. To sum up - the purchasing process was five stars, after that the rating drastically decreases. Quite frankly I would give the delivery service negative stars (if that is possible) as we are quite bothered with the delivery process/service.

From beginning to end the process was terrific. It is obvious that the puppy was well taken care of. She was minimally traumatized from the long drive; healthy and happy was used to being bathed (a good sign). One suggestion might be to deliver the pup in a small carrying case. Handing her off on the street felt a little exposed (it’s cold in NY right now). But this is a very minor thing. The drivers obviously took good care of her. We are very happy with our new family member. Rest assured that she is in a warm, loving home. Thank you!

I love this company. It was so easy to follow contracts and to sign them. They sent me pictures of my puppy. The drivers sent me texts to know how close they were. I would buy again from them.

I was so impressed, at first, with the efficiency and overall Pawrade system, until I had a problem when picking up my puppy. I had reserved a 4lb. Yorkie whose parents were also 4 lbs. each. I even asked Pawrade to confirm this puppy's size. When the breeder showed up with a 7lb pup, I was shocked. This was going to be a much bigger adult than I thought that I was getting. I had also prepared for the pup by buying the breeder preferred dog food and is leash and halter, xs bed, etc. This pup didn't fit anything. Then the breeder who brought the pup, explained a completely different dog food. I felt like I was getting a completely different dog. I reached out to Pawrade and they were NO HELP in explaining why the dog advertised on 1/10/26 and was so different 2 weeks later. I called and wrote and only got told to contact the breeder for further feeding instructions. Of course this took a few days and we decided to keep him. BAIT AND SWITCH!
