Everything went as promised! EDD-E sleeping in my lap after a bit of playing and a trip to the Vet for a Well Check. Vet gave him a gold star outside of the flea dust. FLEA treatment on board! He hasn't had any interest in a pee pad, so I think potty training may be some work. Andrew from the Puppy Wagon was outstanding.Friendly, professional, compassionate and showed great joy in his work! On day one, I would highly recommend Pawrade and the PuppyWagon. Excited to see if those marks remain high as he matures!

The communication was lackluster. Tons of automated messages with very little communication back and forth. We were not told the NAME or location of our breeder until the morning of pick up. And when we requested to pick up from facilities, we were told that's not allowed. Seems sketchy for a site that preaches no puppy mills. Not to mention the sites listed puppy prices were nearly $500 more than our breeder site or others. Our breeder was excellent, this review is for Pawrade and PetPay only.

The whole process was great much easier than expected. Everyone was very nice and professional. The nanny Luis was exceptional. Apollo arrived in great condition and ready to greet and play. We thank you so much The hole as been filled the house feels right. Everyone at work has met him and gotten on the floor with him. I have told everyone of you and how pleasant the experience was. So thank all of you guys so much and Luis the Nanny he was special

Gadrial and were very happy. Love at first sight for both of us. He has a new name,Simmon. I hope you dont mind. I see that the owner of his parints is simmon. I was thinking of that name even befor we met and i think it works. He allready responds to his new to his new name. We will keep in touch on pogress. Pcs to come

Pawrade did a fantastic job of keeping me updated. However, although the website said Gianna was microchipped, she was not. Also when asking follow up questions to the breeder once Gianna was on her way here, I have not had a reply.

My puppy came to me on Fury Friends pet transport and I was informed with pictures and updates all the way of the delivery to my doorstep. I highly recommend this Company. Thanks again!

We couldn't have asked for a better puppy in Hallie. She's happy, secure, immediately settled in, sure of herself and an absolute love. Please continue to identify size such as teacup, toy, etc. as it's VERY IMPORTANT to prospective owners looking for a certain breed and size.

I have used pawrade for about a year to buy 3 puppies and never have I had an experience this terrible. My first puppy I purchased about a year ago was amazing, I got daily updates about the puppy, about the travel, and all I need to prepare for my puppy. This time around was NOT the same. The communication was beyond unsatisfactory, I messaged through the portal multiple times and received no response. The delivery was attempted at the wrong address regardless of the fact that I specified the address not only on my paperwork, but again after through the portal. I got ZERO updates about my puppy. After zero communication I had to chase down the drivers and pick up my puppy on the side of the road. The only good thing about this experience is that I now have the puppy with me and safe. Although I have had 2 good experiences with Pawrade, I recommended them to a friend, this one really settled it for me. I will not be using Pawrade nor recommending them at all.

Pawrade has been so amazing! Applying was easy, the customer service is top notch, very easy to communicate with. Our puppy arrived healthy and happy (a little stinky but thats what I expected after a several day drive). Her temperament and behavior is as the breeder described. Pawrade is an amazing resource that I have already recommended to friends and strangers at the vet office!

Seldon is amiable and rambunctious. He seems to have had a very safe trip. At this time Sheldon is fast (was) fast asleep. He has been with us for 12 hours and has adjusted well from his travels. My wife and I Wholeheartedly Thank Pawrade for the tender care that was given to Sheldon!

The customer service has been top notch from the moment I inquired about looking for a keeshond puppy all the way to bringing my little furbaby home! They were super friendly, kind and helpful. Other than zapping the fun out of adding our new puppy, the experience was outstanding. Our puppy as quickly integrated herself into the family as if she's been here for 5 years. Right off the truck and into the house and it's like she's been here forever. All the contractual rules and stipulations and requirements for various other things really zaps the fun out of the adoption process.
