The customer service is awesome, very reliable, helpful and clear. They answer any questions l have for the breeder or for them. They communicate effectively and any financial transaction happens through a secured website. I really recommend them.

I am so pleased with my little Yorkipoo! She is healthy, vibrant, smart, loving and happy as can be. She was clearly given great care by her breeder, and I can tell they went above and beyond. She was pretty well housebroken and crate trained. The responsiveness during the Pawrade adoption process was very good. They understand our anxiety as adoption parents and equip us with important information. The folks who delivered my girl were very communicative and pulled over to the side of the road to take a verification photo I requested. The photos we initially see are sometimes already a few weeks old, so I'd just remind all puppy parents to prepare for the speed they grow. They change so quickly but are very much still adorable little pups when they crawl into your arms for the first time. I thought she was going to be nervous when she arrived. She was very much a well-adjusted little gal, and has already brought us such joy!!

The puppy is amazing. The people working in the different departments were quick to answer any questions and very courteous. However the down side was each department seem to have some issues of what the other was doing and it kept sending many up to about 5 of the same emails and text. They wanted my husbands ID and email. And suddenly I was hearing nothing, found out they had him as owner and contact when he wasn't. It caused a lot of stress and confusion. Found out puppy had water at 6 a.m. before his two flights. When I picked him up it was between 6 and 7 p.m. a long time to go without water. I think the breeder did a great job. I love my happy, healthy pup. Pawrade is better than the scammers that are out there in abundance. I would recommend them, but would drive to wherever the pup is located. Thank you everyone at Pawrade. MY puppy and I are a perfect match!

Overall very happy with my puppy. The pawrade team were very helpful. Just a couple things: first of all they said no cargo transport but my puppy was flown in cargo… so a little iffy about thay. Also they said my puppy was normal weight range but she was really thin when she arrived and lacking nutrition her skin was very dry and flaky. Maybe its a problem with the breeder but anyways I love my dog and I will make sure she eats well and becomes healthy.

Our experience with Pawrade was outstanding, start to finish. Great communication and availability throughout, as well as obvious care and concern for the animals. We just picked our goldendoodle up yesterday, and he is the best boy! This is an especially valuable service for first-time pet owners. Everyone was so patient and thorough in answering my questions, and it made the process feel so much less overwhelming. Thank you!
You all were so attentive to every detail of us safely obtaining our wonderful puppy! You are definitely great advocates of making sure the puppies have a great home and transition. The overall process was easy and very well managed. The agents were very friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful but, the communication on when our puppy would actually arrive was lacking. Despite frequently asking about an ETA, we were only given a 12 hour notice of our puppy's arrival. Given that my husband and I both work that created a lot of stress. Additionally, we feel that once our puppy was paid for we should have been able to have direct contact with the breeder. This would have helped us a lot regarding the arrival date and time.

Alls well that ends well. Was a very bumpy ride, but the end result was a beautiful, healthy, well adjusted puppy, that we are thrilled with. Too many service reps and miscommunication among all parties at Pawrade caused us much concern and doubts. Breeder and ground delivery company did a solid job in the end to ease our fears and concerns, and deliver our wonderful puppy.

My wife, I and everyone meets her love our puppy Lana. Pawrade was very professional in handling our purchase of Lana. She arrived via air transport in great condition and was not stressed at all. She appears to be well socialized as noted on the Pawrade website. During wellness check, vet said she appeared to be in excellent health. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone who is looking to purchase a puppy in the future.

Total highest approval score! I really wanted a well socialized NON-puppy mill puppy. Your team made every step very easy, reassured my "online buying" fears, communicated on a regular basis and was very kind to me. The wait to finally receive Ruby felt brutal but allowed me to prepare...not just getting the supplies but also mentally organizing steps for vet, ins, housebreaking, training, etc. It all worked perfect! I am thrilled with my new furbaby, originally Pearl and now Ruby! Thank you for everything! Will highly recommend your company to anyone looking for a new fur-buddy!

We named Charlotte, "Dixie". She is smart, beautiful, well behaved, and a pleasure to have in our family. She spends everyday at work with me while I work on the computer. We take lots of play and bathroom breaks, and all my employees love her! Everyone comments on what a good looking dog she is, and how friendly and well behaved! We couldn't be happier with the process while working with Pawrade. Our delivery driver, Mario keep us well informed, and took very good care of her on her way from Texas! When we get another dog, it will be from Pawrade, and it will be from the same breeder. Their dogs are gorgeous!

We had a great experience using Pawrade. I was a little skeptical at first but with lots of calls , questions and help we our so happy with our puppy. So happy. I recommend using them if you see a puppy you are interested in getting.

We are pleased with Pawrade's process. However, the breeder could have taken better care of Ginger's ears. At her first vet visit required, Genesis aka Ginger had yeast infections in both ears. Its a good thing Pawrade requires a vet visit within 72 hours. Also, the guys with Wags On Wheels, Jason and Lem, were awesome. They were here right when then said they would be and I followed them on Life 360 the whole way from Joplin, MO to our front door. Ginger arrived safely just very exhausted from the long drive.
