This was a very smooth process. From the day we reserved our puppy, we contacted and the staff explained everything step by step. The driver even texted me to let me know that they were in route and arrived at the house exactly when he said he would.
We are so on love with Sebastian. His well check went without a hitch!! He is acclimating well! Thank you for everything! I need to send over his report and get information on the extension of puppy insurance! Please assist, and thank you for everything!

Having had a rough experience the first time we tried to purchase our puppy, we gave Pawrade another try. There were no local breeders within driving distance that had what we were looking for. We did find that on Pawrade. They do have a vast amount of available puppies. Most of the transactions were ok. The two main issues I have with the entire experience is (1) lack of communication and (2) I was never given basically any say in how things happened- just told “I” had to be flexible while nobody else was. The latter is my main issue. I was told and not consulted on how everything was going to go. I also was told I had to be at the airport at a certain time or I might get charged extra for changing of flights but I pick up time was changed on me 4 times that I had to just deal with and had no control or input. The MetLife 30 day insurance was ok but does not cover much, especially when you consider the cost of the puppy and travel costs. Can’t finish due to space here!

Communication was a little bit bumpy at first. your webste is misleading as far as when the concierge is available and when I called and selected 1, there was no one who answered the phone. But all finally was straightened out and the puppy is great!

The process of finding our pup and being her home was so easy. I definitely recommend Pawrade.
Holland arrived in remarkable shape. Clean, full tummy, bright and alert. I was unsure what to expect from this process, but at every step, I was expertly guided. She is a wonderful pup and we will have lovely adventures together. She is completely “house trained” to puppy pads and eats well. I followed the instructions regarding NutriCal, but honestly she was in such great shape, it wasn’t really necessary. My vet agrees that she is in perfect condition at this point. Thank you for “brokering” between myself and the breeder. Obviously this breeder exceeds professional standards and takes excellent care of their stock and litters, but I would not have even considered them because of the geographical distance. Thank you for a very positive experience and a beautiful pup! Highly recommend!

Overall I am very happy with our new puppy Coraline. Only area for improvements is in travel communication for pet pickup and final payment invoice. Lots of positive and professional people helped us in this addition tour family. Thank you, The Culhane's.

Great experience! From when I first called to having our new family member brought to our door! They help at every step and it’s kind of an amazing how they professionally take care of everything. On the follow up with my personal vet said he was impressed by the treatments our puppy had already received. He’s been a blessing.

Leila is just perfect -so so sweet . We slept together on the couch last night . Next week I start with crate training and she also has a vet appointment. So all is good - except she does not eat a lot . I give her the nutri cal which she likes . I am sure the long trip and leaving her mom and brothers is causing some stress so we take it easy
Had a wonderful experience . Everything was well organized and made easy. Great communication from the concierge. Breeder was also super helpful and responsive to all questions . Flight nanny was outstanding, texted with updates and pictures along the way. Our fur baby arrived happy and healthy ❤️

I found Pawrade after almost getting scammed by social media posts. They were thorough, answered many questions that I had, even after making the sale. For anyone looking for a puppy you won't find other more reputable.

Once I found Lexi (fka Lillian) I was skeptical on how well this process may go, but I have been pleasantly surprised. Shortly after reaching out with interest in Sophie, I received a phone call from the Pawrade Team. They explained the process to me and walked me through the follow on steps. I would actually say they over communicated in some areas. The only area of improvement I would recommend is when it came to the delivery time frame, it was lacking information. I was notified when the puppy would depart but there was no projected delivery time. Still working, I had to coordinate with my boss...but I did not know if they would arrive the next day or 3-4 days later. Luckily Lexi arrived on my day off. She arrived healthy and with her records. Her follow up check up, was also perfect except she has to go on a diet, she is a chow hound.

i am very pleased with the way Mike and Zack took care of Abby and delivered her safely in good time. They kept me informed at several intervals on the trip. these are guys i would recommend. thanks for the safety of getting my puppy Abby to me

When he was dropped off, he was very lethargic . Within 24 hours, he had loose bowels. He's been trying to clear the parasites and he's on 2 medications and injected fluids for his dehydration. The vet thinks he probably got it during transport. Hopefully he will be better soon. We love him and hate to see him sick. We have another vet visit in 10 days, when the medication is completed.
