We just got our beautiful little Bichpoo - Pawrade, you folks did a wonderful job communicating everything during the process, very pleasant and professional from start to finish. The delivery people were amazing, loved watching the GPS tracker app as he traveled across the country. He was well taken care of and arrived happy and healthy - Thanks so much everybody!

This was an absolute effortless adoption. From initial contact to delivery everything was well coordinated with excellent communication. Clarissa is only 3 lbs (Toy Poodle) and I worried about the van delivery halfway across the US. The owner and driver were in constant contact. Pawrade provided updates as well. Great experience, Highly recommended.

Overall ok but transport was delayed a lot. Initially told 7-9pm decided to call and confirm as the life 360 app was not great when getting conflicting information they said running an 1 1/2 hr later. Did not get her till 1:30 am almost 3hrs later. This was exhausting and didn't make for a fun time today.

False advertisement ( it is what it is). The dogs names were different than what they were raised with. Did I receive the full vaccinations required with the state that they were being transferred to. Advertised as crate, trained leash, trained, socialized, Frankly, they were none of these things. They are lovely, healthy animals, and I'm happy to have them in my home. But I was seriously question the un reputable nature of the sale. It does not post confidence for any future sales or interactions with this company or the Breeder. Tony, Jane, Alyssia We're very kind and helpful in this process. As far as the Breeder go, I don't have anything against them. They seem like good people, and they love their animals. I personally, Think that anything to do with them in the future should be met with caution and due diligence, Paperwork and communication.

What a great experience from the beginning to the end, The breeder the staff at Pawrade And our standby flight nanny or just simply amazing. This is our second time purchasing a doodle and are 100% positive that we would do it again every time. Thank you again.
I left a review prior to getting my pup but now that she is here, I will say this. I had a great experience working with Pawrade and they answered and took care of my needs. The staff members that I spoke to were all very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs as well as my pup'. They sent updates to me on a daily basis and once I filled out all required papers and she was brought to me in only 9 day's time. I was sooo impressed with Pawrade. They're top notch!! I would highly recommend their service for anyone out there that wants to buy a puppy. I've already recommended them to my friends.

The process of finding a new pet and navigating all that is involved in the purchase, payment and transporting of your new family member can be overwhelming. Pawrade did everything possible to make the process as smooth as it could be. Our customer service liaison was wonderful and the support staff was always there to answer any questions that came up if she was unavailable. We had conference calls between Pawrade, ourselves and the breeder during the process and the breeder's direct phone line and e-mail to contact them after we received our dog, if we had any questions. The transport company that they worked with was very friendly and professional, communicating with us and keeping us in the loop during their entire trip from Indiana to our home in Delaware. We highly recommend Pawrade to anyone who is searching for their new fur baby.

No one could have ever convinced us that bringing a new little Havernese puppy into our home could be so fantastic. Our Tyson who my husband flew from FL to IN on Monday 4/15 has brought more joy to both of us than anything we could have dreamed of. His breeders, the Troyers, made sure that everything was ready for his delivery and that he was well socialized. Believe it or not, he has only had two accidents in the house and sleeps half way through the night before letting us know that he wants to go out. Neither of us knew anything about this breed before 2 weeks ago, but I have to say, he is something very special. Thank you Pawtrade for helping us find our forever little companion. Everything from the first phone call inquiry all the way thru to the follow-up has been nothing short of superior customer service from each level of contact. I've already started to recommend Pawrade to everyone who is fawning over Tyson. Thank you everyone!

After a very bumpy start and some pictures that don't look anything like the puppy we received, it's over! I am grateful to have our new puppy. I am grateful that the option to find a puppy was there for me. I am now grateful that the process is over!

For as much money as we pay for transportation the dog shouldn't be delivered with several other dogs especially when the dog is so young my dog was 11 weeks old and didn't have complete 16 week old shots was still not supposed to be super close face to face with other dogs, I wasn't able to track them all the way to my house because the tracking system they provided only lasted two days and it was a 4-day trip. I got a chihuahua and they have notably get tear stains it's a breed thing under their eyes and they sell a product that is quite cheap that is you start them young you can wipe underneath their eyes to prevent the tears from staining underneath their eyes and they'll never have tear stains once you let them get to your stains it's extremely hard to get them out and they never did that so I'm playing h e double hockey sticks to get them out right now other than that I think this was a good purchase we are both in love so all turned out extremely well.

I would not use Pawrade for future pet purchase. I'm not comfortable with the length of time my 2 pound puppy was in a van. I was not made aware of the fact that Other pets would be delivered to various locations And very states. I was led to believe that a private concierge would be used with someone holding my pet and caring for her until she arrived to her new home. When she arrived, she was extremely hot, which indicated to me that the very larger van that she was transported in did not have proper cooling. Otherwise, she was in good condition. The communication only occurred when I reached out to ask questions after paying for her. The company needs to be transparent with the manner in which the pets are transported ie. It was not a concierge service. It was a transport service. Had we known this was the case we would have made our own arrangements to ensure that our pet arrived to us in a more timely fashion.

Humphrey, where to begin. We first saw him on pawrade when we had finally decided to stop looking. When I decided it was over my husband said what about this little guy. That's all it took. We were in Love and new he was ours. The staff all along the way from start to finish had to be the best I had encountered in quite a while.I had forgotten what nice customer service was like. Thank you to all involved in making it happen for us .Since his arrival we have laughed so much he has brought us such Happiness. We wouldn't trade him for anything in the world and I don't think we would deal with anyone else again. So thank you for this gift.
Absolutely loved my experience at Pawrade! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The website made it easy to browse through available puppies, and the customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly, ensuring I was well-informed before making my decision. The delivery process was smooth, and my new puppy arrived healthy and happy. Gidget is home and we are head over heels I love with her. She has been spunky from the moment she entered the door. The process was a little complicated with the forms and requirements but it's all worth it.
Thank you, Pawrade. I was very worried because of all the rumors online, but from the moment I found Vida, everything just went so smoothly. Wags on Wheels, Aaron, and Karen were kind to my puppy. She was cleaned when delivered, and Vida slept through the night! Whew! It was much better than expected. Thank you again! You are the best! Vida is exactly what I expected.
