Excellent communication. I was so hesitant initially that it may be a scam. However, I am here to tell you it is absolutely not! In fact, when a box was marked accidentally for the optional 10 year warranty, I complained and my money was quickly refunded. In addition, not only were all of my questions answered by the concierge, I spoke with breeder on phone and Zoom call. With all of this, I felt secure and at ease. My puppy was driven in one of their luxury vans from Texas to Nevada. I was contacted immediately by the driver as soon as my puppy was picked up, and the number for the driver was given to me so I could check in daily. The driver responded quickly. My pup was picked up about 9pm PST on Monday and was delivered at 4:45am Thursday morning. I received a call from driver the evening before and 1/2 hour before they arrived. Again, the communication throughout my experience was superb! Moreover, my puppy arrived in great health and clean!

Bobbi and Kenny from Furry trails transport the drivers who got them from Ohio to Nevada QUICK and safe! Jade with the transfer of ownership. Most of all to the breeder Amy….great job on Lincoln and Melinda they are absolutely amazing. Easy process and everything was as promised.

The process was very easy from start to end. With their site being easy to navigate and looked for what puppy I wanted, to setting up the travel/pick up date for my puppy. I'm beyond happy really. I only have 1 small advice. They give you 72-hour to do a check up. Probable is Sundays 99% places closed. So they give you 48hrs if you get your dog on Friday. That is a bit...annoying lol. But in the end I'm a happy camper!

Pawrade overall has good customer service and well-organized. My puppy’s total price was a bit overpriced i felt,but i understood the payment was to the company & breeder ect... So to me, i expect the quality for the entire process to be nothing less than great. I feel petpay could be more user friendly. After the payment it was difficult to see the details of cost from purchase, for the added fees. As far as the portal for communication, i thought was great. Very timely responses from team, always within the same day. I think there should be a live status on where your puppy is at for EACH step of the process and what steps have been completed. The free 30-day pet insurance is a nice peace of mind. Unfortunately, I did have to use it, my dog developed kennel cough soon after I got her. The claim process is a nightmare, its been a month since I filed, and I'm still trying to get reimbursed from the insurance company. They’re making it very difficult to process.

Initially, the service was great and things move forward smoothly. I was surprised when the transportation service sent a text message that included a sentence stating “gratuities are greatly appreciated”. Nowhere in the price description was there any indication that tipping would be requested or suggested. When I asked my assigned Pawrade concierge to please explain and provide a range of what the transported expected, she gave me her personal opinions and suggestions, which I found frustrating. I would suggest that all associated costs are explicitly explained upfront to customers. Outside of that, the service as and coordination was great and more importantly, I love my beautiful healthy, energetic puppy and am very grateful for bringing us together!
