Monroe was on time, and seems very happy! My one concern is according to the last text I received Pawrade, I was supposed to be provided with the Met Life activation phone number so I could activate heath guarantee policy and I have not received any number to do so. I call Donna Conner yesterday 3 times and have not received a call back. So do I get the health guarantee policy? Please advise.

Do not buy a puppy from Pawrade. I purchased a puppy and two days after picking up the puppy she died. I was sold a very sick puppy. They do work with large commercial breeders and puppy mills! The entire experience was terrible and Pawrade refused to provide me with a refund. It was an eye opening experience. Your puppy does not go through extensive health checks, and the health guarantee is not even completed by the breeder. Pawrade has the final say and they will do whatever is necessary to not refund you. Do not purchase a puppy with this company. I have no trust in anything they market or promote. You will regret it. Find an in home breeder, your puppy will be born into a loving home and it will provide for a healthy happy puppy!

I am extremely pleased with our new puppy; she is beautiful and everything I hoped she would be. However, I have to say the process to purchase her was less than pleasant. There were way too many steps and different people involved, and the lack of communication in a timely manner about specific information, made the experience quite unpleasant. I can say that I have never had to go through an ordeal like this just to buy a new puppy. I'm sure others have used this service and have had better success, but as for me, I would not buy another dog this way, nor recommend it to anyone.

What an excitement this journey has been !!!! Thank you to everyone from Pawrade the breeders and especially to the puppy express travel van…..I love the little welcoming box with extra food and toys goodies etc…this process as helped us prepare for Caroline with their recommendations to helping tips along the way !!!!

Everything was so smooth and straight forward! Lois kept in touch along the way and answered all my questions. The Vet was impressed with the amount of documentation that came with the puppy. My only regret is not talking through the delivery options better. The ground transportation took 4 days and was hard on the puppy even though he was well cared for.

From start to finish, transaction was so easy. I do wish that I could have spoken to the breeder because I had several questions that totally went unanswered. I think Communication between buyer and breeder is very important. Delivery Service of puppy was Excellent!!! Communication of on line puppy people was excellent!!! So nice!!! Love Simba, now Baxter !!! He has settled in nicely !!! He knows he is home!!!!🐾🐾🐾🐾💙‼️

Very disappointed with this company you're customer support is terrible nobody keeps up with anything and they are manipulative and rude and misleading I was lead to believe I was buying the puppy through KLARNA with which I was told I would be paying 4 equal installment payments I signed the contract then was told later after the fact that I would have one installment payment and 1 remaining balance payment had I been made fully aware of that in the beginning I would not have purchased the puppy I have reported pawrade to the BBB and will advise anyone who ask to not do business with this site
