We had a really great experience adopting our new puppy from Pawrade! We were looking for a puppy for quite some time. We had breeders try to cheat us locally and were were almost scammed on the site "Good Dog".. so we were very skeptical of Pawrade. I called and was able to get a rep on the phone who explained the whole process. She contacted the breeder we were interested in, gave us all the details we asked, and always responded promptly. We were assured our puppy would be transported with care. We threw caution to the wind and reserved our puppy. Through our concierge, the breeder updated us with pictures while we waited for the puppy to be old enough to travel. Our concierge called often. Puppy was delivered right to our doorstep yesterday and we couldn't be happier. He is healthy and happy. The transporters were great, keeping us updated on their travel as they went. The breeder sent a wonderful care package with him. We are very please with the Pawrade experience!

Pawrade is a heaven sent facilitator to bless families with their new fur baby. My Mom's fur baby Tobias passed away in Feb. of this year and due to her having Alzheimer/Dementia I had to find the perfect fur baby for emotional support. Pawrade did not disappoint. It was a very hands-on seamless process. Everyone I spoke with was caring and helpful. This has been one of the most joyful experiences ever. Thank you all once again. 🙏

The process was straight forward, the communication was consistent and Pawrade was super responsive. The worked with us to accommodate some special needs we had. Most importantly, we love our pup. He is adorable as his pictures and is so sweet. The delivery process was easy and he was well taken care of. Within hours of being in our home he fit right in. We love him!

Pawrade was so scary easy. I mean scary as it was very difficult to put faith into a 3rd party company in helping us find our next addition to the family. The moment they picked up the phone I felt a little at ease. However, every one of the members at Pawrade made it very easy and warming and carried thru each step of the way. I was ALWAYS well informed of what was going on. I was rest assured of the background checks they do on every one of there breeders. I say this gladly, but I hope I never have to use them again as I feel positive they have delivered me my pet that will be with us for a very long time. If I did have to seek out a pet again, you can bet I would use Pawrade again. Well done to the gang at Pawrade. Extremely well done. I'm very very happy. My Mishka is too..... I hope 😊.

Just received my new puppy Rosie a couple of hours ago. She is wonderful. She is sitting on my lap as I type this. She is everything I was hoping for. The entire transaction with Pawrade was pretty seamless. I was able to talk to the breeder. My puppy concierge, Lois Krahling, was very helpful. Answered all my questions and requests. I love that Rosie was delivered to me directly without having to go anywhere to pick her up. I am very happy with the whole process and would recommend it highly. Thank you.

Pawrade was in constant contact from the time I reserved my puppy. My puppy arrived safe and sound. The one thing that I would say is, maybe limit sending the exact same email so many times. I felt a little overwhelmed thinking I had so many emails to read. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and my Mini Schnauzer, Ollie is happy and healthy.
