Everything went smoothly. Love our new pup! The travel was a little strange. We had a flight on a Friday after a week of reserving him, that fell through. Tuesday I had them cancel my travel that I paid for and dealt with getting him to us on our own. Overall, a great experience. I loved the breeder..shes amazing and straight forward.

The dog is sick with giardia, it seems bizarre to have to pay 1000s of dollars for a puppy who is sick, who has probably infected my other animals now as well. Too many emails 30 in 24 hours, way too much hassle. I am disappointed, plus the hassle of 72 hours response for insurance, when he arrives on Friday night, i am not gonna pay emergency vet prices, and even then it cost 800 dollars more for well puppy testing, which turne out puppy is sick. Now i have to pay for giardia, and all hte hassle of cleanup and boil procedures for my house and yard and maybe having to do medicine for all the animals. What i see is a company overwhelming people wiht emails so they don't notice the extra 175 dollars tacked on which is not transparently listed on receipt, covering their asses, making it difficult and exhausting to follow the processes and a time frame that benefits you and only you, and exhausting for the customer. Far as i can tell, there is nothing worth 3000 dollars in transaction

Hello! Thank you for your assistance in the purchase of our new puppy who is Tiffany that's been renamed Bailey. Overall, we are satisfied with our experience. There were a few hiccups throughout the experience that I would like to share with you. First, a request was made to obtain our puppy's sire and dam AKC paperwork which was never received. Second, my flight plans to pick up the pup cost me additional flight points due to flight changes due to the solar eclipse, which I was aware, however, the transporter or whomever scheduled it may not have been aware. This cost me a ton of additional flight points to arrange Third, it was my understanding that the pup's breeder was located in Whitesboro, Texas yet her paperwork indicates that she is located in Oklahoma, therefore, we received incorrect information. Cassie was very friendly and helpful when I met her in Dallas, Texas to pick up the pup. The pup is healthy and happy so we are grateful for these things. My best, Nancy Baumhover

This dog was hands down worth every penny. Not sure to thank the breeders or I just got lucky with his potty training. Being a guy I have to admit this puppy is very cute and super smart. He's also below weight, but I hope he stays like the little stud he is. Pawrade and Tara the person who helped us were terrific to work with. Looking at another one already.

The process seemed too easy to be true at first, so I was fearful this may have been a scam site! I am very glad to say that I was wrong. I was easily able to find the puppy we were looking for, make payment and arrange transportation. The baby arrived healthy, calm and quick. Communication via the platform was new for me as I typically only interact with breeders, however this was a good experience and will likely utilize them again in the future
