The listing for our puppy was inaccurate with respect to multiple, very important factors. We have spent hundreds of dollars on vet appointments as a result. We have confirmation of multiple times Pawrade employees outright lied to us. They often blamed things on the breeder, while the breeder has shown us their communication with Pawrade showing the opposite. Destiny in particular was incredibly rude. The delivery of our puppy was chaotic, unexpected, and ended up costing us even more money in cancelled flights. While we love our puppy and can afford to make sure she is appropriately cared for, I would never consider using Pawrade again.

I'm a little frustrated with the communication process with Pawrade. I am still trying to get the transfer of ownership form but my phone messages and emails are not answered.

My puppy is awesome. Dealing with petpay was awful. The only person that can get anything done there was Emily & I am extremely grateful to her. She is amazing.

Overall had a great experience. Our new puppy fits right into our family and we couldn't be happier. Breeder was great and everything was as described. Parade employees were all very nice and accommodating. Communication was a little delayed, but everything went well. Thank you!

My puppy arrived four days ago and is a little over six months old. Pawrade was wonderful during the purchasing and delivery process and my puppy arrived happy and healthy with all of her vaccinations. That's the plus side. The downside is that other than knowing the word "no" she has had no training. She had absolutely no leash training or any real potty training to speak of (access to a doggy door does not, in my opinion, constitute potty training). I now know that getting a younger puppy may have actually been to my advantage; although my pup is a smart girl and is learning fairly quickly. Truthfully, I would think that given the purchase price and the requirements to maintain the health guaranty coverage, the puppy would have at least received some basic training given her age. She was not at all prepared for life outside of her birth home. I feel bad for her - it can't be easy on her and definitely is not easy on me - a lot of lessons learned in this experience.

The process was simple and appropriate. But our puppy came ca m e very dirty a d seems to b e feces were old and the poor puppy was extremely dirty and we bathe him twice because the kmd feces and dirty were dry and it was clear not for the trip even old durt and d feces between his poor nails. He landed last Friday was bathe by us plus Sunday had a professional grooming. He is adorable and happy. But for that price we truly believe that was not ok. Hopefully we receive an explanation from the breeder of why the poor puppy came on those poor conditions.

Pawrade was wonderful.You & your team did a wonderful job of communicating with us almost every day. I was a little leery at first using a breeder online as I've heard so many bad rumors but you guys were great Sophia, we named her Shasta is doing OK a little over energetic and quite a handful I'm sure she'll calm down overtime. I would love to know a little bit about her background eg. was she an outdoor dog or indoor dog? Was she locked in a crate most of the time how often did they feed her? did she have any type of training things like that it would be nice to know, because at times it doesn't seem like she was trained at all. She learned how to use the doggie door within a few hours which was great & she's only really had one P accident in the house since we got her last Friday that's great she hasn't had any #2 accidents in the house at all ! But she grabs everything $ walks away with it and takes it out to the corner of the yard & drops it.It was funny at first but not anymore!
