Overall great service. There was a lack of communication between the breeder and Pawrade during the week when our puppy got her vet check and a hernia issue was found which required surgery. This delayed the delivery by 2 weeks and I was made aware 3 days before she was supposed to be delivered. The issue was resolved after multiple calls with management and they did offer a discount as a courtesy which we appreciated. Our baby girl arrived safely, was happy and smelled very good. I was also able to track her whereabouts during ground transportation. I would give the company 5 stars if it weren't for the miscommunication overlook, the calls I had to make and the delay. Overall this company is trustworthy and very professional.

The whole process was very well thought out. As a buyer i was concerned about the thought on giving thousands of dollars as well as the breeder qualifications. Was very concerned about not supporting a puppy mill. Pawrade put my mind at ease. Adoption was excellent. Extremely satisfied.

I was very impressed and pleased with how professional and patient the staff were. They paid attention to every detail and question we had throughout the process from start to finish. I will happily recommend Pawrade to anyone without reservations at all. It was a wonderful experience. Every step of the process was easy and clearly communicated, my questions were always welcomed and promptly responded. They were always available. Overall, a great experience. We love our Mini Golden Doodle. She's adorable!

I was hesitant to proceed with sites that could be potential "puppy mills", but having difficulty to find the breed we wanted, I found this site, read reviews and also tried on our own to research as best we could. Pawrade has been with us all along the numerous steps once we chose our puppy. Warning that there is lots of informational emails and paperwork and I initially felt overwhelmed, but different contacts along the way were always available to call. We were very satisfied and overwhelmed with joy at the puppy we chose and how perfect he is!!!!

We are in love with our amazing puppy. He is the cutest, sweetest pup we could ever wish for. We are first time pup owners and were anxious during the entire adoption process. We really wish the communication had been better- it would have made us feel a lot better about things. At times it would take days to hear back and I had to call multiple times to get anyone to answer my questions or respond. In the end, we waited extra long for our pup to come to us because no one bothered to check in with the breeder on the day of the vet visit. Instead we were told the pup would be coming on a Monday or Tuesday, then definitely Tuesday, and then I had to bring it to the travel liaison's attention that the flight she told me he was on didn't actually exist on that day. The process was unnecessarily terrible. I did talk to some wonderfully informative and caring people at your company and I wish we had them on our account. It would've made the experience way better.

We are very happy with our new little bundle of joy! Birkin (formerly Rosie) is so adorable, more adorable in person than in her pictures. She is very happy; she loves her new home, and she loves playing with her new brother and sister as they love playing with her. She is also a very smart little girl; she was already potty trained on pee pads and has not had one accident since she's been home. She is a very good eater, and her journey from Texas to home (Illinois) was without incident! She had her first vet appointment since she has been home, and she received a clean bill of health! She is such a joy; we just love her to death and are so happy she is in our lives! Pawrade and their breeders do a wonderful job, I give them an A+!

Adopting through Pawrade was flawless. Communication was clear and regular, from the first inquiry to the day of her arrival. I was so impressed with the obvious love for dogs! From the person in charge of helping me through the process, to the folks who pulled up in the puppy motorhome--everyone was all about the puppy and her wellbeing. Thank you so much! Great marketing to let people know of available puppies. Hardest point of sale for me was the last minute info of the breeder for pick up. I traveled over 900 miles in my vehicle with my entire family to pick up our puppy from the breeder. My suggestion to make this smoother would be after the puppy is paid in full give the buyer the information needed to make travel arrangements.

I'd like to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my puppy's travel. The lack of communication regarding an ongoing flight delay was particularly distressing, leaving me anxious about my new pet's whereabouts and well-being. This oversight is unacceptable and falls short of the care and transparency I expected from your service. Furthermore, the extensive delay, which resulted in my puppy's arrival after more than 15 hours traveling, on what was supposed to be an way shorter travel time, raises serious concerns about the care provided during this extended transit period. While I understand unforeseen delays can occur, the absence of timely updates from your team was a significant failing. I urge Pawnrade.com to reassess and enhance your travel management and client communication to prevent such issues in the future.

I am so glad that I stumbled upon this website. I knew that I was not living the life I wanted to especially after the untimely passing of our beloved GSD Zeke. I am a very big proponent of rescues but sometime all the love you have in the world cannot fix what is in the cards and the past. I am a volunteer for German Shepherd Rescue of New England and was told this is not a legitimate platform but I got such outstanding customer support and access to the breeders and all the way to transport. This excelled in every capacity, better than dealing with breeders I knew and and nothing was working out. I took one look at Otis and saw that he was ready to leave his mom. I followed my gut instincts and reserved him and followed the process through. I needed him to give me a reason to get me back to who I was. There is no price you can put on living life on your terms. So all I can say is thank you and also William and Shelley McVay.

Malti Poo - Maltipoo Puppy
Claus is the cutest, sweetest puppy. Unfortunately, he arrived with bilateral ear infections. Claus had been "cleared" by the pawrade vet on 2/28 with "no debris, no discharge." I took Claus to my vet for his 72 hr vet visit on 3/5 after I picked him up on 3/3. My vet could not see into Claus's ears.; don't know how the breeder's vet assessed them. After the hair was cut away, Claus was found to have bilateral ear infections and his ears were packed. Took pup back for follow up today. Another ka-ching, ka-ching. Fortunately, his ear infections have cleared. But I would not go through the internet again.
