Other than zapping the fun out of adding our new puppy, the experience was outstanding. Our puppy as quickly integrated herself into the family as if she's been here for 5 years. Right off the truck and into the house and it's like she's been here forever. All the contractual rules and stipulations and requirements for various other things really zaps the fun out of the adoption process.
We were happy with most of the process. At the very end communication was a little lax. We were not able to contact the breeder Until the morning of our trip. Otherwise we love our little Bentley.
Everything went as plain on time and Kara was clean and smelled very good.
We are extremely happy with our new puppy. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. If I had questions, they answered in a timely manner. The customer service was over the top nice. The delivery was perfect. Would definitely use Pawrade again. Thank you for our new dachshund, he's perfect.

Words cannot express the gratitude that I have to Pawrade and their colleagues, PetPay and Puppy Wagon for bringing Georgia into my life. I have always had rescues, and large and even elderly at that. At this later season in life, I wanted a small baby. I have searched for one year. I almost fell prey to a scam about 6 months ago which stopped me in my tracks. When I came across Pawrades website with their endorsements and reviews, I knew I had found the way to my new baby. Heartfelt thank you to Georgia''s parents to entrust to us this precious girl. Thank you Pawrade for making what could be an intense transaction and making the entire process seamless and worry free. Thank you for delivering to us a healthy, happy baby girl! PS she is 6 hours with us now and this momma has not slept a wink 😉 🥰

When I first discovered Pawrade I was skeptical because I didn't know anyone who went through them and wasn't the biggest fan of online purchases other than sites I knew about. One day I saw our pup Layla and inquired about her not thinking much about it and Pawrade was very responsive. I asked a couple general questions and they were able to get the answers I was looking for. Almost seemed to good to be true, (I'm a huge skeptic). When I asked more in depth questions they were able to answer all of them and put my mind at ease that this was a genuine site. Pawrade was very supportive through the whole process making it easy to get our pup. They even set up affordable transport that let us know where our puppy was the whole time. I would highly recommend pawrade to anyone looking for the right puppy for their home!

Everything worked like clockwork. I really appreciate all your help. My puppy is adorable.
Going through a "broker" was a new experience for us, but all the people at Pawrade made the process of getting our puppy a very easy experience. Everyone was very helpful, and they answered our questions. They even arranged a call with us and the breeder so we could learn what we could do to make our puppy's transition as easy as possible for him. Our puppy is well-behaved, with a great disposition. He is healthy and a very pretty dog. We are grate to all the staff at Pawrade. Thank you.

Pawrade was successful in helping us find our new fur baby! She is everything we wanted and expected. The breeder was very flexible with the meeting location and answering our questions after we got home. I would use Pawrade again and would recommend to others.

This was a very good experience and a HUGE shout out to our concierge and breeder. They were so kind and patient. The main part of where I was satisfied was the trust in the process. There are SO many scams out there that I was very hesitant at the beginning of this process, fearing I wouldn't find a reputable source. I did in Pawrade. The only negative is that this was more expensive than had I gone out on my own. This was likely worth it given the trust that I could have in the process, but that would be my advice to someone who asked in terms of pros and cons. Thank you. He's already a natural fit for our family.

After being scammed a couple of times by previous sellers, I was pleasantly surprised. The representatives that brought my beautiful dapple “weinerdog” were right on time. In addition to my new dog, they brought new dog food, treats, etc. The whole experience was handled very well.

Amazing! Communication was so consistent. Every time I asked a question, my questions were answered them respectfully and nicely. They provided us with pictures of our puppy's parents and pictures of her. We bought a Rottweiler and she's full Rottweiler and healthy. She's the sweetest baby girl and amazing!! When we reserved her, it took her about a week for her to arrive! We got all the vaccination records and everything! I would recommend pawrade to anyone! One thing I would say is that she didn't come potty trained (pawrade did let me know that the breeders/owners were working on it) so I assume the potty training wasn't officially completed, and even tho I would've rathered her be potty trained, but I do keep the breeders into consideration about them having the parents and the puppies to take care of, so might've been very overwhelming. We're working on potty training, so we're not upset, she is just a puppy it's very understandable!! She's amazing and pawrade was amazing!

Everything went so smoothly, I would have no hesitation in adopting again. I have recommended pawrade to several friends to check out and consider if they are interested in adopting. Thank you for making my dreams of getting a wire-haired mini dachshund for my family!
The communication was excellent and the process went very well. I received my new puppy in great health and didn't show any signs of travel stress everyone did a great job caring for my new puppy. I highly recommend your services.

Cassie, our Puppy Concierge was AMAZING! I cannot say enough about how above & beyond she met our expectations. She showed a true concern for what we were looking for in a new puppy and gave excellent service, feedback and communication. She was such a blessing to work with finding our new girl! Once we made our decision and were handed off to Reaghan in the travel dept to arrange getting our puppy things got rough as communication was limited and poor. Cassie stepped back in to make sure we got to set in the right direction to complete the process. I attribute all accolades to Cassie for representing Pawrade in such a kind and professional manner. I will recommend Pawrade as a positive experience, for working with approved breeders and to find the right puppy for your family.

Very good service! I'd highly recommend.. they were very honest upfront about one puppy we had with a level 3 hesrt murmur and refunded everything. Went back to chose a different puppy and the communication and transaction and information was amazing. 10/10

The puppy arrived safely, and we're happy with him.
I could not be happier with the Pawrade outfit!!! They truly live up to their Puppy First Philosophy and take every precaution for ensuring each pups health, happiness, and wellbeing!!! For that I am eternally grateful!!! The only criticisms I have are, updated communication on the arrival time of Enzo could have been more accurate and consistent!!! The second criticism is the online Transfer of Ownership document was emailed to far in advance of my receiving Enzo and the link expired before I could sign it upon the receipt of Enzo!!! All in all an awesome experience working with Pawrade!!!
