We are as pleased as we could possibly be. Everything went as smooth as silk. From the first call to delivery. Trinity was delivered clear from Missouri to western Nevada. She arrived in perfect health. Clean and very happy. All her paperwork was in order. We are elated. Specially with all the scams involving pets. All questions we had were answered promptly and truthfully. We highly recommend pawrade for all your pet needs.

It has been almost a month since we got our beautiful teacup Chihuahua Wilhelmina. She's amazing. Great personality. Unbelievable energy and so smart. Getting her was a big step after having a dog we loved for 14 years, but we're really happy we said yes to her. The folks at Pawrade did a great job of keeping us informed on the progress of the process and made the delivery by flight nanny seamless - to that end, we had Pam as our nanny, a former flight attendant and one of the nicest people in the world. She gave our baby the best care, and I can say she didn't seem any worse for the flight. A month in, she grows on us more every day.

Cray, now renamed Alfie, arrived happy and full of pep. He's just what I was hoping for. Pawrade did a great job with communications throughout the procedure and delivery. There was one minor problem (Giardia) that should be covered by the Met Life iinsurance.

Confusing from the git-go, and 3-6 emails & texts at a time. NOT enough information about the puppy & breeder. All wanted was the money. I wouldn't recommend Pawrade, if last place to get a puppy in the world.

If I could give Pawrade 10 stars I would! So impressed with the entire organization and process. I just received my dream puppy, healthy and beautiful in less than 3 days of transport half way across the country. She arrived calm, clean and healthy, and I followed all of the step-by-step instructions like giving Nutrical 3x a day (which is super important)! Instructions not to let puppy walk on floors at the vet in case of parasites, and not to let dog walk around the neighborhood or dog park for the same reasons. I've never been told this before, so I super appreciated the warnings on what not to do to keep my beautiful puppy as healthy as possible. She's so precious, and everyone at Pawrade was always so friendly, understanding, informative and comforting. I love you all! Thank you so much!

We love our Corgi and love that she is healthy, sweet, and a great addition to our family. The breeders brought her to us, and were as nice, professional, loving, and kind as could be. We loved meeting them and spending time with the transition. Bre and Lois were very kind in communications from Pawrade, but many of the same emails sent (redundant), no information of breeder given until day of travel, which came across as shady, to the point we thought we were being scammed. But we were not and all worked out! Pawrade could do alot better with open and honest communication and allowing photos, videos, and health updates, as well as the all important breeder info. The breeder and her husband were so lovely and would have been great to support the transition differently instead of many emails with same content and seemingly never with the content truly needed. Still love our new Corgi with all our hearts and Pawrade allowed for that connection. Would not use again due to communications.

The most harrowing of experiences with the uttermost wonderful outcome. The puppy is a joy to behold. Pawrade people were very helpful and patient throughout. I would recommend this company with only one reservation, which is that the puppy price listed is not the only fee and that the final price is about one third to half more than the puppy price listed. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. If I was to do it again, knowing what I now know, I would not hesitate to use Pawrade.
