Oakley appears to have arrived in good health and full of high puppy energy. Thank You. My only negative comment in the adoption process was we were notified Wednesday March 20th at 3:16pm that Oakley was on her way and the next day we were notified that she would be arriving at our house Friday morning before 7:00am which she was. This means that Oakley was transported approximately 2,000 miles in a day and a half? We were told numerous times that all puppies are always transported in the the least stressful environment possible which I may question given start to finish for delivery?

I wish Pawrade would facilitate to talk to the breeder, I understand all the security concerns (both ways), but maybe the website should invest on a "chat" window, or message to talk to the breeder directly, that way you don't have to share information until the time is right. Other than that, I had a great experience so far. We just got our puppy, she is the cutest, adorable and most importantly: healthy. Our breeder was super helpful for the pick up and overall great to work with, seems to love what she does, and the puppy is amazing. Pawrade team was super helpful as well, and fast to reply too. Thank you guys!

The software used to pay was a bit confusing, but I always received responses to all my questions in a very timely manner. When my husband and I picked up our new pup Pierre, he was clean, healthy, happy, and the staff was very friendly. Pierre was up to date on all his shots and already microchipped. All the required paperwork was provided and ready, so picking up Pierre was very efficient and pleasant. Everyone involved was very helpful. The overall adoption process went smoothly, and the Pawrade website was easy to navigate.

I found my perfect mini golden doodle puppy on Pawrade! The adoption process was very simple and safe. Everyone was attentive and always kept me up to date on the procedures and puppy. The transportation services they used to bring my puppy to me was also great and attentive. I could not be more happy with Pawrade and my new puppy!

After reading the negative reviews, I decided to wait at least a month before posting my own. My experience with Pawrade was relatively smooth. They were very responsive and upfront about the health and status of my pup. The timeline went as expected, the only improvement I would suggest is the communication from the drivers, as I opted to have my pup driven to me. I hadn't heard anything about how her head-to-tail checkup went to ensure she was healthy enough to travel. This would've been on a Sunday, and I was only notified on Thursday at 6pm that they would be arriving six hours later at midnight with my puppy. So, slight gap there, but since we were expecting our puppy, it wasn't a huge deal. Unless something major happens, the 30-day insurance is worthless and expect to fully house-train your pup. Overall, I'd say we were lucky and are very happy with the new member of our family.

Camilla's name has been renamed Kasey. She is a very sweet cuddly puppy. Very nervous outside but she is adjusting to outside noises. Great vet check today.

Process was smooth and puppy came to us healthy. Overall happy with the process. One confusing part is too many information venues- email, text link to communication site, and text messages to puppy concierge - many same information in email and communication site and Pawrade website. Very difficult to find necessary information quickly. In addition, Occasional slow response or no response was not appropriated.

I was a little worried after purchase whether I see the little youngster..... But after waiting a couple of long weeks it was here and everything was fine . The delivery couple were fantastic ..... My Thaddeus which is now Milton Thaddeus is such a great pup.... I would recommend this service and would do it again...As my wife wants one of her own...Ha Ha.....

Unfortunately, this was a very disjointed process, and the communication from each representative was so incredibly different at each juncture. The one reliable representative was Destiny. She got back to me when she said she would and was very easy to work with. Working with the other two contained entirely too much mystery for my liking. It also created too much anxiety for what was supposed to be an exciting and sweet transaction. I'd love to recommend you assign ONE representative to each adopting family for the entire process: for ease of communication and one track for accountability. A more streamlined transaction could remedy the complaints I have for future families. This should not be a stressful experience in the least.

Loki has a new name; he's Mr. Bean. He has been a delight. He hops like a bunny. Pawrade was nothing less than magnificent. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new pup to love. Whenever I had a question, they were always available to answer. Emails were answered in 24 hrs. or less. I was told that if I ever have any questions that I should just drop a line. I will. Thank you, Pawrade for making my life whole again.

Coollist thing that I've done in a long time, I m 70 years old and wanted a dog like this. He's an amazing smart dog. Love and had him only a week. At 16 weeks he's a quit fine dog. And quite large.

From the very beginning of the process there was amazing communication with staff and they answered all my questions and then some. I was a bit leary due to being scammed a few months previous and I was assured and also was allowed to speak with the breeder and ask any questions about my puppy. The only thing that was a bit difficult was the length of transportation time but we made it work and my extremely handsome Australian Shepherd puppy arrived full of puppy kisses for us.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Pawrade. My puppy "Maddox" (formerly "Sammy") is absolutely beautiful! Lois and Reagan were awesome and accommodating and helped coordinate the easy travel of my pup! Maddox had his health check one day after arrival and the vets loved him and he is healthy and strong! I am so very pleased.

I was nervous at first to order a puppy like this. You hear so many horror stories of scams and such. I am pleased to say the whole experience has been wonderful. We didn't know what to expect and were very apprehensive about using an online resource to purchase a dog. The experience was very good and way beyond expectations. There was great communication throughout the process from purchase to beyond delivery. They have called to check on our pup a week after we took delivery just to see how things were going and to see if we had any questions or concerns. Their "No puppy mill" guarantee was definitely a selling point as well as the puppy guarantee. We will definitely use Pawrade again when we're ready for another pup.
