The purchase and communication was excellent. I appreciated the helpful tips and guidance regarding our pups first few weeks. I was disappointed when I asked where the Breeder was located that I was given incorrect information. We were instructed to pick the puppy up in an Amish area. Unfortunately, due to a number of Puppy Mills in that area, it caused concern that my puppy was from a puppy mill. When I asked where the breeder was located and my concern about a puppy mill, I was told they were from a city not close to where we were to pick the puppy up. That eased my concerns. However the breeder was in fact from the Amish area. It would have been so much better if the concierge had been honest and told me the truth. Then calmed my fears by going through Pawrades vetting process for all breeders who use them. I was told by the Medlife fellow that Pawrade vets, visits, and insures that the breeder is above board. Honesty is always the best policy.

Found our new puppy on Pawrade. He is home now, had his first well check by our Vet and is in wonderful condition. Everyone at Pawrade was extremely helpful from start to when our puppy was picked up. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a little extra love in their family to contact Pawrade. Can't thank them enough for all their help with navigating through the process, with their advice and finally connecting Major with his forever home!

Though the process was a little different than explained, we are very happy with the service and care. And of course, we are madly in love with our little bundle of puppy love! All went so well. The only thing I wish could be different would be to get papers with all important information especially when trying to set up a veterinarian especially when setting up first appointment. Beside that I found every person I dealt wit to be very good at what they did. I will highly recommend Pawrade to anyone who has interest in attaining a dog.

I read good reviews and thought I'll try to get my son his dream dog (shiba inu). With the cost, was excited and nervous because of the unknown. We just love our new puppy. It was a bit scary as we never bought a puppy this way but all in all it was a great experience. My only suggestion would be if there is a couple of weeks before someone could get a puppy maybe give some more updates. Maybe like a cute weekly countdown. It was uneasy to not hear anything after all payments were made. Just a suggestion. Everyone was super nice!!

He is very sweet and seems in good health and great spirits. He is very loving. We are awaiting a wellness appointment. We got him home late on a Thursday evening. Everything is booked or closed until Monday morning. We plan on having his checkup on Monday or Tuesday. He is very comfortable and good with all people!

I am thrilled with my new beagle pup. The process was smooth and easy, and all the representatives of Pawrade from Kenneth to Donna were very responsive and answered many of my questions. I had Emma Harper ("aka" parade name: Alara) delivered through their service Puppy Express and she was delivered as planned with no delays. Today I had my wellness vet visit and everything went well just waiting for the fecal to come back and get those results. The only downside is that because I live in NY I was not entitled to the 30-day complimentary Metlife Pet insurance as it is not available in my city, I think there should be some other incentives for NY and SC residents since this is not available in those states, maybe offer another insurance just for these residents that it is not available to. If you are looking for a puppy I would recommend pawrade.

Only couple faults in that there was lots of repetitive information as I adopted two puppies from the same litter. Information on each puppy was given in separate correspondence rather than in one email or text message. Information on transport schedule was sketchy as had no real idea when pups would be arriving was given however, the day they were picked up by transportation.
