The process from start to finish was totally painless. Everyone I worked with was kind understanding and always got back to me in a timely manner. I did have to turn down a puppy because the breeder vet found an issues with his mouth. It was brought up to my attention immediately. Gave me to what i wanted to do. Take the puppy and ask the breeder for a large discount. Or pick out a new puppy. My thoughts were to pick out a new puppy. I did take another puppy from the same breeder. He was perfected. Some of the info required seem a bit over kill to me, even though I knew it was for everyone's protection Really did not care that I was not allowed any direct communication with the owner/breeder even though the dog was already paid for in full Honestly, would not go this route again I liked it better when I was able to communicate with the breeder,we were able to do this with the last dog we had--especially since he was purchased out of state also

Overall a good experience. I felt that there were too many "specialists" that would reach out about the sale, health check, transportation, etc. I also felt when the dog was delivered without a collar of any kind to identify her or any papers beyond a couple of folded forms didn't communicate the value you would want.

I started out impressed with the way this company handeled the whole process of adopting a dog from a breeder. It was my first time doing this. But when it came time to pick up our puppy, the travel pet nanny was unable to make the first flight and then again it happened a few days later because they have to fly stand by. I would have rather just flown to Arkansas myself and picked him up. The stress of not knowing if he was able to make it to the breeder to pick up our dog and then make it stand by to drop him off to us was frustrating. Also had to stay overnight, must have been a lot on the dog. Don't think I would use them again. But we love our puppy and happy he finally made it to us!!!

I give my rating a 5 because I ended up with the puppy I imagined in my mind, my heart and dreams. The contract scared me because it leaves you no way out once signed without a stiff penalty. You make this decision based on pictures of the puppy you selected. The concierges are nice. The chances of being swindled out of your money with no puppy is zero. Read the contract and know what you're signing up for. My sister bought her puppy via Pawrade and she is very happy with her dog. I followed her lead and did the same. My result is the same. I love my puppy.

The baby girl of 8 weeks came to me from Oklahoma after 10:00 pm. She was groggy, cold and apparently sleepy. I didn't realize that she was is great distress. She died the following morning in my arms and I tried , artificial respiration for at least 10 minutes. She is undergoing an autopsy at this time, but ….

We had a very sad situation with the first puppy we chose to love. Pawrade representatives were very supportive and helped us find and bring Samuel home. We are over the moon in love with him! We are extremely grateful for the 'hand-holding' and compassionate way Pawrade brought Samuel into our lives was handled. We would definitely recommend Pawrade to family and friends. FYI - the travel companions brought him to us after a 4:00 a.m. call. LOL -- we were hoping for later but it all worked out. Thank you to everyone who worked with us.

I had a lot of problems going through the process and needed help. I am not computer savvy so it was hard. At one time I was ready to call it quits and stop the whole process. I won't do this again. I hope I got the right dog, everything was labeled Raven and not Destiny. I also did not receive a rabies tag or certificate. The whole thing was very stressful. I think the puppy did better than both of us. If I could get my money back and give her back to me breeder I would, but I don't want to put her through flying again. She is a sweet little girl. You might want to check in to rabies tag for me. Sorry for all the negative comments , but I'm just telling the truth.

I would love to give parade 65 stars, but originally our puppy we purchased had already been purchased by another family and the breeder neglected to take her off the website. Of course, our family was devastated when they found out the puppy we'd been deliberating over to finally purchase, was gone. However, pawarde went above and beyond to make it right and to help us find another puppy with similar features to the one that we lost. The rest went smoothly and we had our new puppy in our arms in about a week! She was happy and healthy when she arrived.
