I want to thank all of Pawrade staff and the driver's who brought my puppy to us. I would recommend Pawrade to all my family and friends. I loved all the updates I received on my puppy until she was ready to come home and the driver's were amazing and kept me updated on how my puppy was doing and delivered her when they said they would.My puppy is a happy and healthy little girl, who I just absolutely love and adore . With all the scams that are going on. I can't thank Pawrade enough for being a safe place and a trustworthy site where people can trust that they will get there puppy.

Juliette arrived happy and calm with the nanny and she had no anxiety. She was clean, well fed, and had gone to the bathroom just before arriving to my home on a poddy pad. She is wonderful. Thank you all for a great job. Highly recommend this company. It is very clear that puppy well being is the HIGHEST priority as it should be. Paperwork was organized and buyer responsibilities were lid out clearly. Excellent job.

Pawrade has been great to work with in the process of getting our new Goldendoodle puppy. From our first inquiry to the arrival of Mindy, communications has been great and helpful. All our questions were answered and all 3 of the team members have been wonderful. One of the team members even informed us that she would be not working during the weekend, but she would still monitor our file. The travel team member was extremely helpful in arranging the flight details for the shipment... Also have to say that Alaskan Airlines air cargo has been very good with communications and updates on the flight. Thanks, Paw-rade!

Extra logistical challenges with our purchase (she couldn't be flown to Alaska in cargo) so Pawrade delivered her to my parents and I came down to pick her up. Communication was great, service really was that, and everything exceeded my expectations in terms of legitimacy and quality. Highly recommend Pawrade and Puppy Wagon

Pia is a joy. We picked her up on March 23 and brought her straight home. She took to us immediately and we had no problems with her. We have a Bichon Poodle (Izzy) at home and Pia we to her immediately and wanted to play. Izzy is somewhat jealous of Pia because she has been with us alone for about 2 years. One of the reasons we got Pia was because we had to put our previous Coton down and Izzy seemed lonely; I think we were right. These two dogs play for at least 1/2 hour two or three times a day. Pia loves Izzy and I have never seen Izzy play like this before. Izzy is gentle with Pia too. They are starting to be closer every day. Such a joy to watch.

Overall, the service was very good... from discussions about my fur-bay of interest to its adoption. I didn't receive notification that he was not on the flight he should have been on and went to the airport only to have to return several hours later. From beginning till the day our puppy arrive it was a smooth sail. Donna my point contact was more than helpful when it comes to my questions regarding the status of my puppy or what the puppy's food was. She was very patient and responsive to my messages for which I am super grateful. My puppy came with all his paperwork and the process cannot be more clear and easy. I adopted a sweet Toy Poodle through Pawrade. The transaction and the customer service was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better way to get my baby boy. He is known as Abbot but he is now "Charlie". He is healthy, sweet and thriving. Thank you Pawrade for helping me with my sweet baby.
