I had a great experience with Pawrade. They answered all my questions and if they didn't know the answer they would go find out for me. When I had questions regarding the contract they were able to answer me with certainty and able to clarify some things for me. I would buy a puppy again from here in the future. The pampered delivery service did well in getting here within the allowed time and she was clean when I got her. Gave me papers to sign and handed everything over. Very happy with my new pup. We all love her! Thank you Pawrade!

Excellent service in linking breeder, buyer and delivery service Overley invasive on inquires made initially. Anyone paying the asking price of pup most certainty are not going to abuse dogs. Although I am a long term owner of dogs, a quick tutorial for new ownwners could benifit by a focus on new puppy ownership and basic training and handling techniques. Links to good video tuterage on utube would be sufficient. All in all it was a very good experience. Thanks much.

Ernie is doing great! Eating, drinking, playing!. I gave him a warm bath upon arrival and have given him the Nutri-Cal last night and this morning. He absolutely loves being snuggled! He did well sleeping last night in the crate/kennel we have set up in our living room! Thank you very much!!

She is absolutely beautiful and we love her, although it was very difficult talking to a different person. Every time I called even though the ladies have the notes they could refer to sometimes when you write down notes, you just aren't real specific, so it was like starting a conversation all over again, but most of the ladies I talk to we're very, very nice and very very helpful, and in the end it all worked out. I do believe that information like she lives on a farm and she's never been in a collar harness or leash, and may try to escape and run away is very important. She is very nervous. I understand she's a new puppy, but I was allowed to believe that she was doggie door trained, and the doggie door she had was in a barn, and she ran in the open on a farm.And she is six months old. But like I said, we love her and I'm sure with a little bit of training she will be just fine. Thanks again

We now have a puppy that is wonderful and is exactly what we wanted, a mini Ausidoodle. We contacted Pawrade and they were able to identify a breeder that was within driving range. We did not want our puppy to be transported by a 3rd party. The only issue was communication in that there seemed to be a disconnect between us, Pawrade, and the breeder. Part of the benefit of using Pawrade is the assurance of a healthy puppy. That requires vet visits by the breeder and requires acquisition within a few days or the vet has to re-affirm the health which is a breeder cost. The breeder needed a pick up date, we needed an availability date. (note: we drove 520 miles to get her) It took 3 weeks for the pieces to fall into place. We have our puppy, she checked out healthy at our vet and we are thrilled with the puppy. I am not sure the cost is a value but the result is a priceless invaluable friend for 12-15 years so that makes her a bargain! The breeder was wonderful!

SO happy to have my beautiful baby girl Rae- who is now Sapphire Rae! The team at Pawrade are just fantastic! From beginning with questions to the final drop off- everyone couldn't have been nicer, informative and helpful!! I was lucky to have Holly & Kelly to answer all my questions and concerns to Jeremy, Steve and Larry at the transport team! I knew where she was at all times thru the app they sent and knew exactly when they would be here. Drop off was a breeze-the guys were so helpful too assisted with the paperwork, pictures and submitting my information for me! I would highly recommend them!!

Buying on Pawrade was good. I really like how detailed & straightforward they are with their instructions. I appreciate how they kept the possible situations real without sugarcoating anything. I want to give Holly and Carli credit for assisting and providing me important details and information that I need to know before and after buying Makenzie. I appreciate both of their patience and understanding with my questions and concerns. I want to thank Aaron & Karen from Wags on Wheels for safely delivering Makenzie to me in good condition. I also appreciate their generosity for giving my pup a bath. Lastly with Makenzie herself. She's more adorable in real life. She brought joy to my family. She's unexpectedly a lot to handle with an opposite personality from her description. She's an active & playful dog. I thought she was a chill dog.
