I am very pleased with my experience with Pawrade and their associates. A lot of paperwork, understandably so, but the support associates were extremely helpful and understanding of any questions and help I needed. Transportation of my dear new boy was excellent and he arrived in wonderfully healthy and clean condition. His breeder must be given much credit for breeding, caring and socializing such a wonderful puppy as my new boy is. They are truly quality breeders and I thank Pawrade for vetting their breeders to be top quality. All in all I am extremely happy to have this new boy and my Pawrade experience. "Oswald", now Ozzy, is a true treasure and worth every cent spent to acquire him. Many thanks to you all.

I love my dog but I did not care for the process of getting him. I am not able to talk to the breeder direct. It takes a day or sometimes 3 days to get a response back from the breeder. I also do not like the fact you cannot see your puppy in person before you purchase. You have to go off of a video or pictures. I felt the descriptions on the website were misleading. Health guarantee does not cover 100% but only a portion of your purchase. Stating they are ICA registered but they are not until you pay the fee and send the form in. It is only an application.

We were very happy with the way Pawrade handled getting us our puppy. The transaction was smoothly handled by customer service people and the delivery liason. Every step was explained and they kept us up to date every single day. I could call and get someone whenever I had a question. We never thought about buying a dog online. However, I would now recommend checking this out and speaking to them if you have any questions.

The process was easy with plenty of help along the way. Although there is some paperwork and vet appointments up front, your new animal arrives in great condition. They are truly invested in the health and well-being of your new pet. Happy I used their services!

While we very much enjoy our new puppy, the process was far less than desirable. First, t is not until you have paid at least the deposit amount that you are presented with a 12 page contract requiring 54 initials and 2 signatures, all pretty much outlining that Pawrade and PetPay (their affiliate) have all the rights and buyer has basically 0. They also go into great detail many times in bold print that there are absolutely no refunds. Then there was veil of secrecy in that breeder contact information was not at all forthcoming even after fully paying for the puppy. They claim not to do that until the puppy has had the final head to tail vet check and they have that documentation. This created some needless anxiety as we had literally driven 8 hours of a 10 hour to pick him up when we finally got that information. In their contract it also has you agree that you cannot breed the animal and agree to have spayed or neutered in the first year. Transparency would have done wonders

The whole experience was absolutely fantastic! We stumbled upon our adorable fur baby Bella, and let me tell you, we are over the moon with joy! The experience and transaction couldn't have been any better. We were constantly kept in the loop with updates, and the team was super quick to address any questions or concerns we had through the communication portal. I can confidently say that we would definitely choose Pawrade again to bring another adorable puppy into our lives!

Pawrade is a very thorough company. Very efficient. Only hiccup I had was in finding out exactly when he was on his way once everything was complete. But it was so exciting seeing the transport person bring him up the front walkway! We just love him. Our grandson, who Is autistic and needed someone to call his own and take care of, just loves him!❤️

Our new little boy is adorable. The transaction working with Pawrade/Petpay in the beginning was incredible. Communication was spot on. Towards then end and dealing with travel arrangements it got spotty and I was left without correspondence for a couple days not knowing when our little guy was arriving. Then I finally recieved text at 4am that he would be arriving that same evening. I was glad, but also a little mift! All in all we love (Sarge) new name Riot to add to our family of Frenchies. Thank you.

There are so many puppy scams online but you guys turned me around and made me believe in people again the puppy is just beautiful. Her name is now Hailey. She's just perfect. Everything went well. I got what I was promised and I just love her and you guys are the best. Thanks for everything when I hit the lottery, I'll come back for another one.

I had been watching Akemi for a while and she was reserved before I could. I sent a comment on how she was my dream puppy and to just kind of be kept in the know if another puppy like her showed up again. A couple days later, I was told that due to some unforseen circumstances, she couldn't go to the first people who reserved her and if I'd be interested. Of course I was!! After she arrived home, she warmed up almost immediately, as if she knew I was her human all along. I'm so incredibly happy that she's my little princess.
