Horrible service. Fees everywhere. "Screening Breeders" apparently doesn't mean much since the information I was given does not match the records/documents given to me or the actual puppy. I was told a DHPP was given - no records. I was told that there were no abnormalities on the doctor's exam done prior to travel - the puppy had an umbilical hernia. I ended up paying thousands to be lied to and get a questionable puppy (the only thing documented is a negative fecal, not sure if I even believe that at this point). Would never recommend. The only positive is that the puppy is very cute (but what puppy isn't).

overall - good. Outstanding was PAM in Customer Serivce. There was another Puppy I had worked w/her on that didnt come to fruition - my fault/my confusion. I was devastated - I think she must have shed almost as many tears as I did. She even followed up w/me a couple times "just to check on You"(me). And, she has been Very Helpful w/me getting TOBY, last night @10p. If she is not in a management position, the company is making a mistake in not rewarding her for ALL her talents and care she takes, I'm sure, with everyone. A big Texas "Howdy and Thank You" to Lois and Aaron (Invoices) who helped me along the way. There was another young Lady that helped this morning when Lois wasn't available…I didn't write down her name…I'm sorry - she sent me a msg and pix of the NutriCal supplement. Thank You!!!!! A favor - change any records that call my puppy Damien. That name was used in a horror movie and Damien was the devil - horrible thing to do to My Puppy -name is now TOBY. TY

The travel concierge was not completely transparent with how my puppy would be transported so I could make informed decision on this matter. It went to 10 different states. My puppy was driven 4 days before he got to me and was delivered a sick boy. If I knew the extent of his travel in advance, I would have driven to pick him up myself.

Very precious puppy. Everything went very smoothly. My reason for the 4 stars is the paperwork I received had the wrong date of birth which I feel is rather important, especially since it was a whole year off. I'm suppose to get corrected paperwork but have yet to receive. The breeder and the vet both put wrong birth date?

Rory (new name MACY) is doing great. Very loving puppy. So glad to have her. From start to finish the process was flawless. Very good communication from all parties Breeder, transport team (pictures sent along the way), Pawrade team. Just great service and team work. I was skeptical at first and realized that I was taking a chance in purchasing a pup online. It's a lot of $$$ (transaction) for a pup with no registry (AKC). Just being honest. That being said..I felt connection to "Dante", who I have renamed. I lost a chihuahua the prior year and found one that touched my Spirit. The customer service reps were all very friendly and spoke on my behalf to breeder so that we could work out transport. Happy that Pawrade guaranteed 30 days through pet insurance. I am happy with my new fur baby. It's difficult choice..but one that worked for me.

Pawrade was great and really responsive to my questions. The transport was communicative and kept me in the know during my puppy's travel. My puppy traveled by ground from Arkansas to Colorado Springs and it took about 6 days. Puppy did show up with a runny nose and snot bubbles but he is clearing up well after being prescribed antibiotics at his wellness exam. There was nothing "sketchy" about the entire process and future customers can rest assured.

Pawrade made it very easy for my family to get our new dachshund puppy. Keeping up with emails to inform me of the process and getting back to me with answers to my questions. Even transportation to my home was wonderful with the transport company keeping me aware of my delivery time. My puppy has mild diarrhea but other than that I have a smart, beautiful, spunky girl full of love and on her way to being a great addition to our family. Very happy with the puppy and the whole process.

We love our new puppy but this breeder does not seem to be on their game: 1. Dog was examined the next day after arrival and is infested with ear mites and has "fudge" in ears. 2. The vet certificate accompanying the dog indicates 0 birth date, and 0 weight. 3. The breeder listed the dog at 5.5 lbs, but weight on arrival was 4.9. Too big a difference to have been accurate. 4. The dog was supposedly shipped bathed, but arrived smelly and dirty. A shampoo released substantial dirt. 5. Our vet reviewed the arrival papers and noted the breeder's vet appears to have given too many vaccinations too soon in terms of the dogs age, and standard practice. 6. The delivery service was spot on, kept in close communication throughout trip. We appreciate Pawrade, but for these prices, are disappointed in these aspects of this transaction, are concerned for the well being of the puppies being sold.

We received our puppy around 1:15am Monday morning. We were able to track here journey from the time she left Indiana. Austin from Express Puppy's service was in touch with us and kept us updated.
