We were very happy to welcome Autumn into our home. She is beautiful and energetic and loves to cuddle. Autumn has already made her way into our hearts. We were very pleased with the Nanny, Jacob was pleasant and informative!

I received the dog. They told me the day of delivery that I had to sign a waiver because he had a skull that was not fully developed over his brain. Gave me absolutely no time to research this. When I got him to the vet as he is whining non stop like he is in permanent pain, they told me this is a birth defect. When I called both of my Pawrade reps, non replied about a refund or a discount for selling me a defective dog. My Vet told me he would be ineligible to reproduce because of this defect. I thought Parade was on my side, instead, it looks like they don't give a crap as they have not gotten back to me. Parade should have my back, but it seems they do not and now I have a dog that is seemingly in pain crying 70% of the time and it's infuriating that nobody wants to address the issue. I will never use Parade again. You'd think after spending $4500 they would address the issue. They have not called me in 6 days now

We've had our hearts set on finding a purebred golden retriever for a while, but it was difficult to search for trustworthy, local breeders without getting scammed. I'm so thankful that I found Pawrade! I did lots of research to ensure Pawrade was a legit, reputable company and I'm extremely satisfied with their service from start to finish. They work with a ton of breeders so they had a wide selection of dogs you are looking for (breed, age, color), and they were very friendly, professional and easily accessible via chat or phone. They even took the time to set up a Zoom call with the breeder to see the puppy live and talk about their upbringing thus far. They set up the Zoom call within an hour from my request, I submitted my payment online after the call and in about a week, my new puppy was sent to me safe and sound. We've had our puppy for 2 weeks now and we're so happy and we love him so much! I highly highly recommend Pawrade!!

I want to take this time to thank everyone at Pawrade for this experience in providing my family with this Little bundle of joy. they went over and beyond to make this process as Stress-Free as possible. the reason for the 4-star rating is because of the communication updates on my puppy during the transporting process. The Pet Transport did keep me updated every day, but it seemed like a very long 4 days, I just couldn't wait to have him in my arms. This little guy is my first puppy, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I've always wanted a teacup Yorkie and now I can say I have one, thanks to Pawrade.

From the first moment thru to when our Taylor (aka Katalina) was delivered to our home it was an easy process. Our new puppy was delivered to us healthy and happy. I can see that she came from a reputable breeder who cares about her furbabies. We are so in love with our girl. So far so good.

There are too many emails and the secure email - not live is not warm and endearing - the puppy and breeder (what limited contact I had) was great - you should really make this more personal and not like a drug transaction - a phone call with out the mail would make you feel much more lik getting the puppy of your dreams - even though Drew is wonderful i would not recommend the site
