We picked up two puppies in Indiana, first was Camilla, a Great Dane, we met with the breeder, who had Donna sign a transfer of ownership, she took a picture of the new owner with Camilla and sent in proper data! then we drove 157 miles to pick up Elizabeth, we had to meet the people at a grocery store parking lot, they got there and only the man got out, pulled Elizabeth out of the crate and handed her to me with a small stack of papers, I asked if I had to sign anything, no, is all he said, handed me the papers, never took a picture, and she was smelling so bad, like she hadn't been cared for, puppy mill? it was awful, we had to find a local Petland to give them a bath, there was no way we could make a 700 mile drive with her smelling like that. Very happy with the first transfer and two thumbs down with the next transfer. We love Lizzy and Kammie but would we recommend Pawrade to friends, on the fence about that one. Have a Blessed day! We appreciated the frequent and informative communication. After taking (Marlena) to our vet for a wellness check, they advised she has a very pronounced under-bite ... said to be more than what is typical for the breed (English Bulldog). We are disappointed this anomaly was not advised up-front while we were in the shopping process. Marlena has now been with us 4 days. She is not fully house-trained and has been possessive and aggressive with our 6-year-old French bulldog. We are working on both issues and expect they will resolve themselves with time. On a positive note, she is beautiful and loveable! Georgene

Over all our experience Pawrade was GREAT!! They answered my endless questions. I was most worried about transportation but the people who drove her were so kind and you could tell how much they loved the puppies. Our puppy got a clean bill of health from our local vet and she has brought so much joy into our home. I would recommend for sure!

The puppy reached extremely sick with Kennel Cough, a viral and a bacterial ear infection and ear mytes. He was NOT fully vaccinated even though they had promised to send him up to date with his vaccinations. Horrible Service, would never buy from here again

The whole experience from start to finish was horrible. Trying to communicate to Breeder through Pawrade was incredibly difficult with days of no response from Pawrade contact. Once I paid Pawrade's service and communication stopped. But, eventually I did get the puppy, Great Dane, only to have Vet confirm what I figured out in 1 day - puppy is deaf. I was sold from what I was assured was a reputable breeder a dog with a disability. If I knew within 24 hours of having him in my home that the puppy was deaf then the "reputable" breeder had to know that this puppy was not hearing like his litter mates. Please save yourself frustration and heartbreak and do not even look at puppy on Pawrade. I have no idea what to do, training a dog with a disability is more than I was prepared for.
