Pawrade made this process so easy and we're so communicative throughout the whole deal. They really go above and beyond to insure the health and safety of the puppies, and to make sure they are in good hands. Very fragmented process with poor communication. System issues sent automated messages that are not relevant, ie: emails for us to take the next step in buying a Shepherd after we already paid you all and bought one. Also, the hidden fees are poor business, they don't amount to much, but you should be forthcoming. The delivery was timely, although the dog arrived covered in feces, we were told that the dog just had a "little mess" a few minutes prior but based upon the smell and appearance was clearly sitting in its feces for a long period of time. Would not recommend!!

I got the cutest baby Shih Tzu here and I am very happy with everything! Leroy Brown, formerly known as Jake, is cute, happy, healthy and well socialized. He came to me from Missouri, in a safe and trustworthy Pet transport service that took special care of him along the way. I will recommend them!
We were so pleased with the seamless service from start to finish. We love our new fur baby and she is getting along great with our first fur baby who we got through pawrade in 2022!

I LOVE my new little girl, Lucy Mae!! The process of getting her here was a little mindblowing - I understand the flight delays, but the moment you were done you were done and I felt so confused - also all of the back and forth was confusing - I received duplicates of many things - I am going through a loss of my husband so I have maybe lost perspective but you should know the process was not smooth!
So happy with our fantastic puppy! We have looked for quite awhile and Tony was great to help us along the way. I feel that his breeders did a wonderful job with him (getting him ready for his forever home) as he is very well socialized and is not scared of anything really (in the household). Although , we do think he is so smart and perfect, it may not have taken much, lol! We love him and are so happy to have him as part of our family! Our nanniepanion did a wonderful job getting him to us.
Another fine experience... Lawrence ( now Diego) is happy to be reunited with his brother...

Only one problem. When I arrived to pick her up the name on the air bill was not mine. The air bill number had someone else's name and I had a difficult time convincing American Airlines to release her to me. Luckily the paperwork that was attached to her crate did have my name on it so they agreed to let me take her home. Besides that you were a great company to work with. Great communication, primp call backs, nice caring people. I would refer you to anyone looking for a puppy.

I was prepared to give a higher review but I'm thankful I waited. I've had my puppy a little over a week and had a couple issues already. My advise is don't purchase a puppy unless you can meet both the breeder and puppy. If you proceed, be sure to read the fine print in the pages of documents/contract you receive. Overall the expectations placed on you the buyer and for the health guarantee need to be explored before you purchase. Unfortunately this was my first time buying and had I known I would have done more research. Hopefully I can get the issues resolved. I was only able to speak to the breeder once on a three-way call after asking by multiple times. Also, I was told I would have the breeder info to contact her, but all I received was an address. I would love to give more details however there is a limit on the reviews. Beware and do your homework before purchasing!

I just love my new puppy, Daisy (I'm keeping the name she came with) is everything that I was promised. She's heathy, eating like crazy, playing with my dogs and doesn't seemed at all phased by the journey. Pawrade kept me informed about her vet exam before leaving, she was very healthy, and a pic of her when she left the breeder. The Puppy Travel was great, they just loved her and got her here safe and sound. They kept me updated of exact time she would be at my house ect…

At first I was hesitant to order online, with so many scams present, but I decided to take a chance and am very happy with their service. They go with you through all the steps, what to anticipate, and what things to get ready for the day of your pet's arrival. Love sweet Cody already. Your company has provided step by step, detailed instructions and information throughout the entire process. Thank you. The only suggestion I would make is that the breeder give more detailed information on the puppy's likes, dislikes, sleep arrangements, etc. to give the new owners ideas on how to make the transition easier on the puppy. Thank you. I appreciate everything you have done.

Great and friendly service! Super personable and the most perfect puppy ever! We couldn't be happier- overall 5 star from beginning of the process to the end!

Good experience overall! I deducted one star for the lack of communication right before we were set to drive across two states to pick up our pup but other team members picked up and helped out so all was good.
