Indigo is such a happy puppy, loves people, loves to play w her toys, is learning about puppy pads, and is struggling w crate training. We adore her and she is adjusting to her new environment as well as expected for her third day. Pees and poops are normal, she will see the vet on Tuesday.

We had a positive experience with Pawrade. The puppy arrived early hours with all her veterinary clearance, vaccination and rabies documents in order, and has settled in well. Communication has been faultless—lots of information on what to do and expect. There is a fair amount for new owners to read and do, however, Pawrade reciprocates by answering any questions promptly. One star lower as communication amongst the parties could be improved. Due to the delay after a trace of Coccidea, I requested updated photos and received more of the advertising pictures. Peeved that it was passed off as updated when not. I did eventually get some after pressing for a day. My biggest concern was the Furry Trails demanded a $400 payment on delivery. I had asked Pawrade to clarify if I needed to pay more and they replied no. Pawrade said they contacted the delivery person, however, I had an unpleasant conversation at 2:30am refusing to pay. Somewhat suspicious so be aware.

Excellent at every touchpoint! The communication with Pawrade was great, although communication with breeder was non-existent. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

2nd fur baby via this venue (some sort of issue both time) and neither time was I ever given the opportunity to enter any discount code, yet I keep getting emails for them- should have been able to on both... then all kinds of communication disconnects, lack of doc's that weren't sent that are to be completed and returned in a specific time frame... in an 18 hour period my delivery went from a Saturday to Friday to Thursday (due flight nanny's issue with weather) back to Friday (due to age restraints- which I understand) then "maybe" the next Monday ("sorry nothing we can do") - at this point I was so far beyond upset.... next thing you know, miraculously- I was back to delivery on my original Delivery date of Saturday..... during delivery I got a text from the original flight nanny that I had to "bear with them on their continued delays"....

Although the initial buying process and transportation was smooth. My puppy became lethargic on day four and tested positive for parvo. The company will not offer any compensation because the testing was done after 72 hrs even though puppy's symptoms start showing anywhere from 3-7 days after being exposed. This is a ridiculous policy and that is how they get away from not being held liable

Gianna arrived last night and she was the very last drop-off so needless to say we were so excited! She is even more beautiful in person and I've already grown attached to her. I'm very happy with the service. As this was all new to me, it would have been nice to have been informed just a little more as to how the delivery works. I didn't realize how many puppies they took with them and how many days it would take. But she is now at her forever home and we couldn't be happier. :)

My experience with Pawrade was beyond fantastic. They communicated with me the whole way through, they worked with me on my payment plan, when it was time for my puppy to travel Pawrade prepared for my puppies trip home. I was able to watch my puppy from beginning of travel to end. That was the most exciting part. I couldn't sleep I was so excited to see him getting closer and closer to home. I just experienced a big loss in the family and Pawrade was able to accommodate me by moving payment plan to a better date while I was with family. It is a bitter sweet moment for me I may have lost someone very close to my heart but I also gained another love that I know will keep me happy and feel unconditional love everyday. I guarantee you that I will be using Pawrade for my 2nd baby when that time comes. The process was too easy and official the staff is on call and very kind. Thank you Dan, Karli concierge , and Austin my transporter for being there for me when I had questions. Pawrade is #1

I can't thank you enough for your awesome website, Pawrade, for Petpay and the delivery system you have in place!! Without all entities working together, I would not have every been able to obtain the very puppy that I wanted. Every person I spoke with and had communication with was so nice, helpful and professional. Honestly, your company is top notch!! I have and will recommend Pawrade to anyone and everyone that I know who wants a particular breed of puppy. The whole experience was excellent.
