now Stella has tons of energy !! so far she seems to mind very well, a pleasant surprise we do struggle with potty outside, that seems to change from day to day, some days are much better than others. but she is a pup, and still learning i also have a cat, together they have learned to tolerate each other without to much drama over all stella is a keeper :)

When I was looking for a new puppy, I was very skeptical about ordering online. Pawrade was wonderful, however. they stayed in contact with me the entire process. Any questions, they answered. They were so much help to me. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone wanting a new companion. I now have my baby girl. Thank you soo much!!
The staff was very attentive to every detail. Thanks for an outstandingly thorough and pleasant experience and for bringing me, my new little buddy!

I have been scam by another company I have to say pawrade team were excellent and I believe they went above and beyond with their services. Even the team that delivered the puppy were awesome. I cannot say thank you enough but definitely will keep you guys in mind if I have a friend if they are interested in getting a puppy from you guys. I cannot say thank you enough. P S. The puppy is a bundle of joy and is doing just great.

Very pleased with my furry friend.! The communication was great and very informative. My deliver was great as well. I was kept updated on the arrival of my puppy. She can happy well alert a little timid at first but now it's been like 2 hours and she is playing. Thank you to everyone who helped me through this process. Thanks Dan

The puppy is a joy. i can see in past ages why the parents of this breed were lap dogs to royalty. I have a Cavapoo. I was impressed by the care that was given to the pup by the Pawrade staff and appreciated the rules for care. I'm Happy!

Love all the process from the beginning to the end.
Our experience with Pawrade was good. There were a few areas for improvement such as ensuring the customer is aware at the time of purchase any preferences the breeder has for delivery. I thought I paid for pampered air but it looks like the choice was up to the breeder, which I wasn't aware of. Additionally, the breeder was supposed to send an item with the mother's scent but that didn't happen. Other than that the total service was really good and the delivery was excellent, Whagsinwheels kept us in the loop the entire trip which made for some exciting times with our 5 year old 😀. We will absolutely use Pawrade again for our next puppy 🐶!!
Transport associate, Jocelyn, provided ongoing updates throughout the delivery of Julius to us here at home in Arvada CO. They experienced significant delays due to weather conditions; but continued to provide updates regarding their ETA. Julius was well cared for during their journey. Many thanks for Jocelyn and Jeremy for providing such a valuable service to our family. I will always remember them and thank them for everything they provided.

We were not notified of all the price additions in the beginning. We were not notified that there was a transfer of ownership and who it would be coming from until I email Pawrade asking for this. The Consierges were non responsive for days. I would not recommend this place to anyone else. Our puppy arrived at midnight which is hard on the puppy and hard on us. There should be a cutoff time to deliver puppies. This whole process was so cold and uncaring. I'm very disapointed.

The process starts off great everyone is communicating then after we paid it seemed like we were on our own waiting for the pickup date. We weren't contacted hardly at all until the day before our pickup date and that message was simply a name and number for the breeder. We didn't know when the pup was going to the veterinarian, if it passed the exam etc..., and we were trying to make arrangements for travel. It would be very helpful if the customer was kept informed about the goings on during the process. I understand sometimes things happen and changes need to be made but being left in the dark doesn't work well for the customer. We really felt like we were on an island waiting for the pup with minimal information. Communication needs to improve greatly for this process to work for all party's involved.
